The paella is served in 2 person portions since we were 3 we had to order either 1 pan or 2 pans. We ended up getting 2 pans. The food did take alot of time to prepare as they are made fresh to order. We order black squid ink paella and the seafood paella. The black paella was really good and taste was on point. The seafood paella was too salty and we had to drink alot of water after our meal. We did encounter an issue with our order they brought some croquettes and hot peppers to our table. We did not order them and asked them to take it away. Overall the meal was good but if I had a chance to redo it I should have tried the duck paella or the Valencia paella (rabbit and chicken). The staff were super friendly and helpful with guiding me on what to order. The service was quick and they made sure I was happy with everything. The cold beer and white sangria were so refreshing on that hot summer day. It was exactly what I needed after spending a whole morning walking the city. I tried their Valencia Paella and gambas! The Valencia paella was definitely an interesting take on paella! Normally I get the seafood but why not try the one that was created in the city I was visiting. The rice was nicely seasoned and not too salty. The chicken was good and not dry! The rabbit was the only part I was not too ecstatic about. It was different for sure but not bad. You know going in that you have an option of sitting indoors or outdoors, and being the adventurer I was, I wanted to sit outside to have a more unique experience (and it was very hot). But throughout my meal, I felt uncomfortable with people walking passed me so closely as I ate. If I had the chance to eat here again, I'd probably go indoors next time but otherwise I had very sweet staff assist me and a delicious Spanish meal that was filling and kept me satisfied for the remainder of the evening.

After a while I got sick of the seafood flavor, which isn't a knock on the food, but a lesson that paella simply needs to be complemented with other foods. The traditional paella was quite good as well, and neither had rice that was too burnt (which I liked). I also didn't think the escargot and rabbit were particularly special. Again, portions were tremendous and I think we all left very, very full. Keep in mind that you need at least two people ordering paella in order to get it. It runs at about 18€ per person for any paella, which isn't on the low end, but you do get filled up since it's all rice.
