That's when we noticed their tasting room tucked away on the side street. Later, we visited The People's Choice Tasting and tried all of their wine options -- they easily ranked in our Top 3! Afterward, our group went back to their tasting room, which is nicely designed and has a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, this time the sangria was served warm. We asked for ice and had to ask twice before getting it, which was a little disappointing. If that hadn't happened, I would have given them 5 stars. I definitely want to visit again when things aren't quite as busy and get the full tasting-room experience.

As someone trying to coordinate an event, timely communication is essential. The complete lack of follow-through made the planning process unnecessarily frustrating and left me with the impression that customer inquiries are not a priority. Even if the venue was unavailable, a simple response would have been appreciated. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this establishment due to its poor customer service and lack of communication.
