Owner **Couey is a legitimate master brewer** with experience brewing for Martin House, and that background absolutely comes through. There's thought, technique, and creativity behind what you're drinking. If your idea of hard cider is simply "really sweet apple juice with alcohol," this is where you need to expand your education. Try a flight. That's half the fun. You can explore the different styles, find out what you actually like, and discover how much variation cider can have. It's a great place for someone who already loves cider, but I think it may be even MORE fun to bring someone who claims they don't like cider. Give Couey a chance to change their mind!
