Beware! This was my first (and last) time coming to this nail shop... I had chosen it because it had good reviews, but now I am not sure as to why. Mimi did a horrendous job on my spa manicure ($2 more than a regular manicure). She rushed through the entire process - left 2/3 of my cuticles on the nailbeds (even after asking her to go back and cut them down), then proceeded to slap some oil on my hands and call it a massage. Finally when it came time to put polish on, she went to put the color on first, with no base coat. I had to stop her and say "you're forgetting the base coat!" To which she responded, "Oh..." It was such a bad manicure, that I removed the polish before even leaving the shop. Even after explaining that I was not happy with the job done, they proceeded to charge me the full amount, and didn't even offer to fix it. I will NEVER return to this salon. read more

i stopped by after a dentist appointment on a thursday afternoon. the nail salon only had 3 clients including myself. i got almond shaped nails with orange that were left bulky,thick, and poorly filled. from afar the nails look fine but the closer one looked uglier they got. today i stopped by a different nail salon and paid an extra 12 dollars to get them fixed. the nail salon is lacking decor and hygiene. The "nail drying" area is filled with dust! i literally had black dust all over my palms SMH. the two stars is bc the service and price are reasonable. i don't think i'll come. my nails should have been perfect since i was the only one getting acrylics ATM. the staff should CLEAN their salon instead of being on their phone/tablet. read more

Even after my nails lifting from Tina and getting side eyed when I walked in I still chose to patronize this establishment. They talk about you not even in their language plain English. They stare at you rudely when you walk in and today took the cake . I came in at 430, left at 745, was the last person to be seen and guess who still wasn't serviced. Heard about this place through yelp and I decided to give it a try since it did had good reviews. I didn't heave an appointment and I was still able to be seen. I did have to wait a little bit because Larry was busy with someone else but I didn't wait too long. I wanted to get my nails done with him since the reviews are mostly about him. Well he did not disappoint. He suggested I get medium length coffin shape and I told him what colors I wanted. He told me to just sick back and that he would hook it up. He did! My nails looked so nice! I NEVER get long nails because I don't like how they look but Larry did an amazing job. First time here, found this spot on Yelp. A lot of reviews talk about the wait here. I came in for a pedi and fill. When I walked in I say straight in the pedi chair. The woman doing my feet didn't speak English, she just smiled and waited for my head nod of approval to the shape/style of my pedicure. I had old acrylic on my feet that I wanted off, they said it's too soon and wait until next time. I'm like ok, no biggie. Then they pass me a laminated menu of pedicures, of course they offer the most expensive pedicure. I'm young, my feet haven't been thru hell and back so I don't need that extra stuff. I just need my feet soaked, clean of dead skin and polished, this would be #1 on the pedicure menu. The lady kept saying "oh no #7 much better #5 much better" kind of annoying so I got #3, regular pedi with some green scrub. The green scrub hurt like hell! But I didn't complain, I know my feet are really sensitive so whatever. It was only $5 more, and since they tried to up sell me on something I insisted I didnt want that came out they tip. Next I move to the mani chair, thinking it would be like 5 mins wait it turned into 45. I'm on FaceTime the whole time so I lost track of time. But when my fiancé text me like "dang, the nail shop must be full bc your taking all day" I'm like, maybe y'all are taking all day. So the lady starts on my nails, she did a OK job. The reviews say she's the best (assuming she's the wife bc she's the only one who seems like she's running the place) but not the best in my eyes. She was rushing, skipping regular steps that any other manicurist would do. When I mentioned I wanted a shape change her vibe switched up, like she didn't have time. So I'm like ok, more out your tip. You holding on to a $4 tip now ms.thing, and that's to split with the pedi lady. Of course when she's done, she tells me to go dry my nails. Packs up her stuff and is getting ready to leave. It's mid day, so they weren't about to close or anything. Over all my nails are cute, my feet are ok. There's a huge chip between the acrylic and my nail on my feet, if my toes weren't black you'd be able to notice. Dead skin and shape around cuticles could be more spot on, but that just means I won't give them another chance. Massage chair was great, kept shaking and rolling and I didn't have on a bra so it got kinda uncomfortable but hey. My back felt great after. 3 stars, I'd go back if I didn't have another choice.
