Both employees were polite and professional throughout their time in our home. Great service! The cost of the inspection and chimney sweep was $130, which seems reasonable given that it required two people, time on the roof, and some dirty work. They emailed a follow up report with details and inspection results before leaving. Love knowing our chimney and fireplace are now clean and ready for another season. The employee mentioned that summer is the best time for a routine service call--they tend to be booked out for months in the winter

Why did the sales man not inform me of that? Also took 3 times for a correct instal. I was not compensated in any way for the inconvenience, water everywhere and unit that did not work. I would not use this company.
