Super nice guys they are super helpful. They help you understand everything. Got it done in about 30 minutes. To Fix it.

Super nice guys, super budget friendly help me understand everything they did it super quick about 30 minutes. I would recommend them to anybody.

Paid Larry 50$ for an amp tuning. Scheduled an appointment for 10am. A tech came out and told me to sit in the vehicle, he adjusted a couple settings, never once touched the head unit, and said your good to go, not even 10 minutes. Left and thought it sounded a bit weird. Had a real professional look at the amps, and absolutely nothing was tuned correctly. Spend your money on quality work, this isn't the place. Larry doesn't back up his work and zero refunds!

Larry did an amazing Job installing exactly what my husband wanted . My husband told him how and what he wanted and he provided . We went and asked for different pricing else where and Larry definitely had the best over all . It's been a couple months installed now and my husband is obsessed with his sound system in his truck ! Larry put a sub and amp install with epicenter on stock radio including 6.5s and 6x9 kicker door speakers in our 2023 Chevy Silverado . Will definitely be back to add a couple more features!

The speakers I brought in before getting installed.

After the install: I lost power to my 12V lighter socket, so I couldn't charge my phone. He mostly likely tapped into the same circuit as the lighter socket, causing power loss (Yeah. He didn't warn me about that before the install!) The audio was also making intermittent Bluetooth pairing failures. I would be driving and then music would stop and start again. Bluetooth phone calls stopped working--only music streamed. The install skipped key components I provided, including the fuse tap, LOC, and amp integration What I learned--and what others should know: The 3.5mm aux jack on the BTC-Five is audio-only and doesn't support calls To restore full functionality, the fuse tap must be moved to a different ACC slot so the lighter circuit isn't interrupted. For Bluetooth calls, you need to use the BTC-Five's RCA outputs and route them through a head unit or amp that supports hands-free calling. If I had known all this upfront, I probably would've skipped the install entirely and just kept using my regular USB-C to 3.5mm Audio Aux Cable Adapter. It was simpler, reliable, and didn't disable anything in my car. No wonder the guy had a weird vibe! I would have given them 5 stars if they had wired correctly, but the job was rushed and sloppy. He didn't create a solution. He created a problem! Now I'm going to have to get my brother to help me fix this. He said the tech most likely installed the tap with only one fuse (for the BTC-Five). Or inserted it backwards, cutting off power to the original circuit. Or used a single-slot tap, which reroutes power entirely to the new device. This experience taught me how to reclaim my install and turn shortcuts into teachable upgrades. If you're integrating amps or planning full audio control, skip the aux hack and wire it properly. I wasn't impressed with this install. What a total waste of money!!!!!!

I'm an avid Yelp'er because I love Yelp.  It's convenient.  It's easy.  Let's face it, we're all…read moreadults.  You're busy.  I'm busy.  You work.  I work.  I don't have the luxury of stepping away from my desk during the day to pick up the phone and call a bunch of local businesses.  It's a lot easier for me to send off a message on Yelp or an e-mail and correspond casually throughout the day.  The el cheapo Chinese HID kit installed on my truck a few years ago stopped working a couple of weeks ago.  Ballasts went bad.  Bulbs burned out.  And with the days getting shorter here in Arizona, I was officially under pressure to find a local business to help me out with my problem.   I found Soundwerks on Bell on Yelp and sent them a message to which John replied immediately.  It was obvious after chatting with him that if there's one thing he knows, it's vehicle electronics and his business specializes in everything from tint to custom car audio to vehicle lighting.  John replied to me when I was work which made it easy to do business with him.  Not only did he assure me he could assist me, but he made things easy.  I explained the situation and John advised he'd like to see my truck in person and assess the problem.  Soundwerks on Bell is conveniently located in Phoenix right off the 51 on Bell.  I live in the West Valley (and work even further west) but his business is very easy to get to and his hours make it easy to do business with him!  I drove to his shop earlier this week so he could see my truck and the lighting problem I was experiencing.  I explained what was going on, but really didn't need to.  John's vast experience and familiarity with aftermarket LED and HID lighting means he knew precisely what was happening and isolated the situation in a matter of minutes.  He contacted me the following day via Yelp and explained the options and costs in order to get me back on the road in the dark! I am of the "buy nice, don't buy twice" philosophy and since I already bought cheap once... I was not going to make that error again.  John ordered a 12,000 lumen aftermarket LED headlight kit for my vehicle.  It was ordered on Wednesday and available for installation today (Saturday).  The kit came with a full lifetime warranty which was nice to see.  The aftermarket headlight market is completely saturated with crap out of China.  The parts are cheap, the warranties are non-existent and the bulbs are a useless blue/purple color temperature which is useless at night, anyway.  The LED kit that John obtained for me is of the highest quality, runs cooler than HID's and comes with the warranty to back it up.  I dropped off my truck to John this afternoon at 12 p.m. noon and it was ready to go by 2 p.m.!   I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Soundwerks on Bell for all of your vehicle electronic needs!  John was simply awesome to work with on my project.  His constant effective communication made it easy to get my truck fixed up and ready for nighttime driving again.  His customer service is beyond amazing and he kept me in the loop the entire time.  He's open on Saturdays, as well which make it even better for those of us who work the standard 8a - 5p Monday thru Friday.  I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had and will most definitely be back to see John at Soundwerks on Bell!  Subs, amps, capacitors, lighting, car stereos, tint... John's expertise and knowledge means your vehicle will be in the best of hands!  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!   Thanks again for everything, John!

Well I just had my mother 's radio installed on her 2010 Tahoe by Manny Parada…read more It was great experience for her. Definitely enjoyed her new touch screen radio and Manny notice the camera that came with radio was too big. Manny offered a newer camera and was willing to install it the next day which is going on as we speak. I have to say for whoever gave him a one star for $400, I totally disagree with him. Manny was done in less than an hour And assisted my mom on how to work the radio as well as connect her phone Bluetooth. I wasn't there to witness all this but I was able to call her and talk to Manny while he was helping her. Very good experience highly recommend. Only $400

0/5 Stars - Dangerous Installation and Unprofessional Business Practices…read more I hired Manuel to install a subwoofer & amplifier in my new car & received dangerously substandard work that required expert intervention to identify & correct. The technician who assessed the damage found numerous serious problems: - Power wire installed through a cut metal hole in the firewall WITHOUT a grommet, creating a safety hazard allowing engine fumes & moisture into the cabin - Improper amplifier setup using a single line output converter instead of the required three for a 5-channel amp - Resulting audio issues including noise, feedback, and loss of fade/balance functionality - System was impossible to tune properly due to incorrect wiring - Sound dampening that I paid for, was never installed in any doors - Exposed power wires under the hood (not loomed or secured) creating a significant fire hazard - Bass knob improperly installed with exposed wiring routed through the steering column When confronted with these issues, Manuel repeatedly promised to reimburse labor costs but never followed through. Communication became increasingly difficult, and he eventually changed his business name and location. I was forced to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which received no response from Manuel. I also prepaid for speaker installation before he relocated to Arizona, but never received the service or the speakers themselves, with the excuse that he didn't have "the right hardware." I still have yet to receive the refunds that he has promised, I've waited for months. I strongly advise against using this business for any car audio needs, as both the workmanship & business ethics are severely lacking. Though I am out far more money than I'd like to admit due to this unfortunate situation - I hope this review helps someone else make a different purchasing decision. PLEASE proceed with caution. **EDIT** Photos/screenshots of my experience have been added to the business page.
