The sales staff are very helpful, today, the sales person ordered the items for pickup in the store from on line for me because some of the sizes of the sets were not available in the store. I bought one velour track suit and loved it so much I wanted one in every colour on sale. If the clothing goes on sale after purchase you can get a credit. No problem to do this, they even offer to check other receipts if you have them with you. I often bring my husband, there is a chair he can sit in and wait while I give the fashion show. The chairs are good if you bring your mum or friend finishes shopping before you. The change rooms are large, have great mirrors and seating inside. It feels very luxurious and is very clean. The sales staff do check in on you to see if you need any help or other sizes. The one lady the last time made a few suggestions that really good. She had good taste. I've gone in to our ages a special occasion dress and was able to buy the pantyhose, bra set and shoes all at once. The boots for winter I purchased were just regular vegan leather, but very comfortable and should last at least 2 seasons. I'm happy with the quality. The location is good, lots of parking, easy access by transit and a few good places to eat nearby .

The store confirmation had been sent to the wrong store, as if that were my fault. This woman continued to berate me, saying I should have waited until Tuesday for pickup, a day I cannot take off for shopping. She didn't apologize for her weird rudeness.
