I've frequented Canyon Coffee several times and in my opinion, there's right and wrong orders. The right: - Anything from the pastry case. They stock Amanda's Good Morning Cafe and Elbow Bread pastries. My personal favorite is the morning bun, but these are both great bakeries. - Anything with the pistachio milk. This is what they are known for and for good reason-- the pistachio milk is creamy and adds that little extra touch to your bevvie. The wrong: - Drip coffee. It's fine, but you can get the same or better elsewhere for less. - The peanut butter toast. It's good but not great and there's some other spots that do a much more decadent peanut butter toast. There's a decent amount of seating both inside and out, while it's usually pretty packed if you wait for 5-10 minutes you should be able to snag a spot.
