I LOVE LaRosa's and always try to talk my sister into going whenever I come to visit. It reminds me of the glory days of Noble Romans, but only better!! I love their calazones and the fact that they've partnered with the Reds and UDF for Slices and Scoops!! If you're ever in Cincy, try LaRosa's!! read more

Staff was super nice and there was a good amount of parking. I really like this part of Harrison and love the general vibe of the place. I just didn't love the food as much as other locations. read more

You can't go wrong with LaRosa's pizza. The pizza, breadsticks and wings are great. You can sit down and also do carry out as well. There are a ton of parking so bring the family and enjoy lunch/dinner. We bought 2 pizzas and it came out $30.40. That's a great deal! read more

First, this is no reflection on our server, Ben; he did a great job, no problem at all. The issue was with the pizzas. We ordered the 2 medium, 2 topping pizza deal for $22, and we were far from impressed. The crust was like a pre-packaged, pre-baked supermarket crust you'd take home, throw on some toppings and heat up in the oven. In fact, other than the distinctive LaRosa's sauce, both pizzas reminded us of a bad frozen pizza you'd get at Kroger (truth be told, I've had better frozen pizzas from Kroger). There is absolutely no way the crust was made at the restaurant. It tasted like and had the mouth feel of cardboard. They were also skimpy on the toppings, and the sauce and cheese were a good inch and a half away from edge. Maybe the $22 deal is $22 because they use a cheap, pre-made crust and they skimp on the sauce, cheese, and toppings. Whatever the reason, I think were done with the place. Valley House Grill is 157 ft. away, and their pizza is fantastic; far better than the frisbees we were served at LaRosa's. From now on that's where we'll head. read more

LaRosa's Pizza Harrison is the worst location I've ever been to and will not frequent again. Larosas is my favorite pizza when I order literally anywhere else. I live very near but have never received a satisfactory order. I'm not that picky! I've given way too many chances! I'm too frustrated to even tell them about it and most always wave any freebies. I am not exaggerating that my order went back 5 times the last time I dined there. I didn't even look into the box when I told them to just put it in a box since everyone was done eating. when I got home and looked into the box, still wrong. Threw it away and waited 3 months to try again. grrrrr. Now I'm reminded again about why it is a waste of money. All I ask is that you put sauce on my pizza. I order extra extra sauce and leave in comments or tell operators "I never receive enough sauce ". There is no hope. Send your employees somewhere else to train. I've never had a bad experience anywhere else and that's a lot of locations, a lot of chances. Yet only this location will not give you sauce. read more

LaRosa's Pizza Harrison - Where is the sauce on my extra extra sauce pizza? - Pizza Near Me - Harrison, Ohio

I should have known better, but I wanted a steak hoagie. At 3 in the afternoon, the place was dead, parking lot almost empty. So getting lunch shouldn't be a problem, right? HAH. The girl on the counter seated me immediately, and she told the waitress I was there. I waved at her too, since she has taken good care of me before. Then she disappeared. I waited. And waited. Ten minutes later, I got my purse, and said goodbye to a bearded guy on the front counter, who was chatting with my waitress. He asked how my meal was-- and I told him I hadn't had a meal, because I can't get waited on here. Moral of the story: don't bother. It would be one thing if I couldn't get a reservation at a 5 star restaurant, but this is LaRosas. In Harrison! Guess I'll go to Chandler's like I did last time. Both the food and service are much better. read more

We don't have these back in northern Indiana, and normally, when we pass, there is no time to stop. But !!!! It was meant by the gods when we pulled up to H & R BLOCK to work, and there it sat. I'm glad to see they have not lost their touch. I am still a fan after all this time, and I don't have a bad word to say. LaRosa's did it again. They knocked it out of the park peven with something so simple. I may not return to this specific store again. But this company has earned my LOYALTY so until we meet again !!! read more

Call center girl did not add 8 dollar tip when I placed the order. She continued to talk over us when we were asking her to apply the tip. Then she ask for my card info for a second time. I had to give the delivery person a cash tip. Luckily I ask him if the tip had been added!! I ordered my steak hoagie plain with cheese no sauce as always. My hoagie arrived full of sauce with a soggy bun. It was terrible. I was very disappointed with the experience and probably will not be ordering anything through the call center anytime soon. Larosas, I know you are better than this!! read more

My husband's food was cold and my salad was mostly lettuce. Very disappointed. Server was nice and even heated the cold food, but then it turned to mush. read more

This LaRosa's has carry out during the pandemic figured out. We placed our order and received an order number. I drove to their location and pulled into one of their curbside pickup parking spots. Directions were clearly written on a sign at the end of the parking spot. Simply text your order number, name on your order, and parking spot number. Minutes later someone delivers the order to you vehicle. Both pizzas we ordered were made perfectly and tasted great. When we haven't thought ahead for dinner we will make this a spot to get good carry out. read more

What happened to the food? It is all of the LaRosa's not just Harrison. The food has shrunk! A family sized salad used to be enough for 4 but now is enough for 2. The hoagies are so much smaller. I would rather them raise the price than sacrifice the size and quality of their food. read more

By far the worst Larosa's I have ever ordered from. Very slow service and the pizza was overcooked to the point of being almost inedible. This is the new POS yardstick that I will measure other bad restaurants by. read more

Such a cute little restaurant, right in downtown Harrison. Street parking available. Our waitress Darlene was very quick and attentive. We came in at 8:40 on a Sunday night and they close at 9pm. We were out right before 9 We ordered the French Onion Soup. It was so good we had to order another bowl. Pretty sure their secret is garlic bread in the soup Our bill was more than reasonable for how tasty our meal was. My husband said his spaghetti was some of the best he ever had! Thanks for a great dinner! read more

Their service has gotten so bad. Delivery now takes on average 70 to 90 minutes and we live only 1 1/2 miles away. The last 4 times we've ordered from here our order was in some way screwed up. Our last was this weekend when we ordered 3 medium pizzas and two were burnt and inedible. We'll be getting our stuff from somewhere else from now on. Just horrible. read more

LaRosa's Pizza Harrison - Burnt to a crisp - Pizza Near Me - Harrison, Ohio

LaRosa's is great. This location is downright TERRIBLE. The service here borders on the idiotic. We've tried this location several times, and have opted to skip it from now on. The final straw for us was the last time we went into the place and asked the bimbo server for a table because we have two children in high chairs. She looked at us and walked us straight to a booth. I stopped her and re-stated, "We need a table because we have two children that need high chairs." I pointed at several empty tables and said, "What's wrong with those?" She replies, "I'll have to ask my manager if I can seat you there because we aren't supposed to put anyone in those." Okay, see ya later idiot. We vote with our wallet and not only did the Harrison LaRosa's not get any that night, that location will never again get a dime of my business. read more

I've come here every year for as long as i can remember as a holiday tradition. it has always been the best, but this time wasn't so good. we got the wrong pizza not once, but twice. then when we stated our situation to the waitress she just apologized and didn't give us the option to take it off the bill or the option to make us the correct one. i really do love coming here and all the memories made, but this put a damper in our usual holiday tradition. read more

Tragedy !!!!! LA Rosa's has change their crust to Pre made crusts. We had a Buddy's Special had tossed and a thin crust. Both were terrible. We couldn't believe how bad they were. I have went to LaRosa's for years and we were shattered that their tradition just went out the window! We had a take out Dominos a week later and it was fantastic compared to the Buddy's "mistake" . Goodby old friend! read more

This is a Cincinnati institution and I can see why. You get a pretty substantial amount of food for a reasonable price. The pizzas are made fresh and come out piping hot. What more can you ask for? read more

We were in town for a soccer tourney and needed a large number of pizzas delivered to our hotel. Placed the order by phone and received a generous discount for the large order. I ordered from Harrison today, order #69. The pizza was burnt and saturated in sauce. I ate one piece and pitched it. If I order light sauce, there isn't any. If I order light baked, it's raw. I picked one up a few months ago and made them remake it. The sauce was coming out the edges and there were mounds of it under the burnt cheese. I asked the manager if they had standards in place as far as, the sauce amount. He said yes, but it depends who is working. ?? While we were discussing this, another customer picked up and had the same complaint. I continue to order now and then because I was raised on your pizza and I love it. It's disappointing that I get such a range of quality when I order from this location. I get excited when one is delivered and is actually as it should be. You need to hold your staff to some sort of quality measures. read more

As a native Cincinnatian I have eaten my fair share of Larosas food over the years. The food here is the standard you would expect from any Larosas. The service and staff are abysmal! We attempted to dine at this location for my daughters 5th birthday, last Wed the 28th. I approached the hostess and informed her we had a party of 12. She said she would need to get the manager (?????). The manager informed us they had already cleaned the "party room" and would't be opening it for us. Her only other suggestion was to seat us at 4 individual booths that were not even close to one another. I turned around and asked my daughter if she would rather go to bw3's where we knew they would seat us all together or if she was ok with us all sitting separately. Before my daughter could respond, the manager spoke up and said. "ok, well bye". Needless to say, we ate at bw3's where the gladly opened the back room to accommodate us. I have cut up all 4 of my buddy cards. I refuse to spend my money at an establishment that treats it's customers as nothing more than an inconvenience. Larosas corporate has really dropped the ball with this location. read more

This pizza is delicious. It doesn't taste cheap like other fast food pizza. The menu offers so much quality variety from appetizers to desserts. One of the best customer service experiences of my life! Our telephone order was messed up, (La Rosas uses a calling service for their ordering) and I was picking up the order close to closing. They were beyond nice to me and quickly got the order corrected. Kevin and Heidi were working and so nice. A lot of people would have been upset and flustered by the situation but they were first class. The pizza was wonderful, too! read more

LaRosas IS Cincinnati-style pizza. The difference is in their sauces. They've got a good balance between sweet and tangy. More oregano than garlic - and it extends to all their dishes. If I could give this location 0 stars I would, but it won't let me. The chances of getting good food / service here is near impossible. The sad part is I keep going back because who doesn't love a good LaRosa's pizza. Been burnt the final time here, never again! The big problem is the pizza at this location is always severely undercooked and doughy. Absolutely disgusting. Buddy LaRosa you should be ashamed! :( read more

I live in Harrison. I don't know what the problem is at this location, but they seem to have several. We drive to other locations because this one is so bad. First, they are downright chintzy on the toppings and cheese. The service is the worst I have experienced. We went on a Saturday afternoon at 3PM. The young girl working the hostess stand was complaining to anyone who would listen that they were too busy. Huh. I walked up and she sighed. She told me it would be at least a 30 minute wait. I said, "There are 4 open tables right there." She said they were to busy to wait on us right now. We turned and walked out. The other times we have eaten there the staff has been rude. There are to many other options than to have mediocre food and poor service. read more
