This was the first time I purchased something outside of a lab manual. I wanted to print some invitations on card stock. I'd never done anything like this before so there were hiccups with my order. The employee was very patient and kind to me. He walked me through the entire printing process. He asked what paper I wanted, the dimensions, how many copies, and how to send them what I wanted to print. It took me a moment to format my initiations correctly for them to print, but he was very patient. Before printing on card stock, he printed my invitations on regular copy paper so that I could see what they looked like and make sure I was satisfied with how they looked. After my order was complete, he told me I could cut the invitations. Had he not told me this, I would have walked home and cut all my intimations by hand, struggling to cut straight lines. I appreciated him so much for letting me know they had a paper cutter!
