I can't wait to get these videos up on my new site. I know these videos will help prospective clients understand the amazing results they can get through participating in our programs. Keith was very patient and calm with my clients. Some of them were nervous about being on camera. Keith handled that very well. He made them comfortable and helped them figure out how to best communicate on camera. This was invaluable. Thanks so much Keith! I'm looking forward to working with you again down the road!

I was very impressed with his professionalism and assistance, as well as with the time he took to discuss my custom situation. He was happy to help with my task--I didn't actually want to hire a live videographer, I just wanted to pay someone to show me exactly how to create a terrific setup in my home office with tripods and mics and a lighting kit. Not only was Keith game to help, but he gave me loads of free advice on the phone and he was willing to charge a very reasonable rate to come on site and show me how to do everything myself, so I could set things up for a great shot each time I recorded. Plus, he gave me equipment tips and was willing to vet my purchases before I spent loads of money on the wrong A/V equipment. After all that, one of my clients offered to barter her videography for my online dating coaching, so I didn't end up needing to hire Keith. Honestly, I was kind of bummed! He seemed so cool to work with, and he was just so prompt and on top of things, too. As a small business owner, I often find that it's difficult to wrangle creative types and get timely responses, so it was extra impressive to me that Keith was more organized about my project than I was. :) I would definitely hire him again in a heartbeat if I hadn't found a free videographer, and I'll recommend him to anyone looking for videography help, of any type!

We do not recommend hiring Kristine Dillon of KLD Designs for any photography jobs -- especially…read morenot a once-in-a-lifetime event like a wedding. Hiring her was a mistake right from the beginning. Our first meeting was to take place at a Starbucks. She sent us a text message at the time of our appointment to cancel the meeting because her fiancé was supposedly suddenly super-ill. She wasted our time as we were already waiting for her there and we found it very unprofessional that she used texting to communicate rather than calling us. At our wedding she and her fiancé, who she brought as her assistant, were completely unprofessional, behaving more like guests than a hired vendor. She cheated us out of an hour of photos at a second location -- promised and paid for in advance -- because she lost her backup battery and her camera died. We had promised our family shots from this pre-arranged location (Kerry Park, with its postcard-perfect views of the Space Needle and downtown Seattle) and looked forward to these shots more than any of the others that day, and everyone was very disappointed not to have them taken. Our contract specified that a disc of our photos would be in our hands within 60 days of our wedding. When we contacted her after 60 days had passed she claimed her hard drive had crashed and she didn't know whether she had all our photos or not, but would send what she had immediately. It is completely irresponsible to not have a backup hard-drive when they are inexpensive and people are entrusting her with irreplaceable photos from such a special day. We tried to reach her via email and phone with no response for the next month and we received no photos. Finally at 90 days after our wedding and in serious breach of contract we emailed and called to tell her we were going to file a suit against her in small claims court. We were then contacted by some random person via email claiming to be her assistant and giving excuses of illness that was supposedly ongoing for two months, even though Kristine herself made no mention of this one month prior when her "hard-drive problems" were her excuse. Kristine posted about how busy she was on her business Facebook page 75 days after our wedding during the time she was supposedly "so ill" she couldn't return a phone call or email. She even had the gall to put a photo of us on her business's Facebook page to use our wedding as advertising for her business when we still didn't have any photos of our special day. On her personal Facebook account she made 20 posts in the month after our photos were already late. Somehow she was too ill to return a phone call or email to a paid-in-full client, but not too ill for making Facebook posts about her new job at a Chiropractor, a link about cosplay, and photos of her cat. After threatening to take her to small claims court, we finally got photos from her. It is absurd to have to go to these lengths to get a wedding photographer to honor their contract. We do not recommend hiring Kristine for ANY functions, especially not your wedding. She's not trustworthy, doesn't honor her contracts, is a terrible photographer and will give every excuse in the book. Save yourself our trouble and hire someone more experienced and professional.

That's when we found ARBR Pictures. I happen to see some pictures taken by Amanda, photographer and owner, and I knew right away she would be perfect. I loved her pictures and how she made ordinary things, places, events, look artistic and seemed to really capture their essence. I do not profess to be an artist, but I have a very good eye and taste. I knew our two little girls would love her. it is always hard to get our girls to warm up to a photographer in such a short time. We know this because we have tried places like Yuen Lui, The Picture People and other very good photographers, but I knew my girls would love Amanda. Sure enough they were all over her and were practically performing for her as she spent time with them throughout our home taking tons of pictures of them in their natural setting and daily life. We were very pleased with the final product - we got a beautiful picture book, a DVD with all of the pictures she took and in a year or two we will have to have Amanda back again for another session with the girls. It is always kind of awkward having a stranger going throughout your entire house taking pictures, but with Amanda it felt like just having a friend over who also happens to be a fabulous photographer. Now we will always be able to go back even years from now and see our beautiful little girls in their picture book thanks to Amanda.

They tailored their pricing, service package to meet our needs at a price that was very reasonable. But onto the good stuff: we love our highlight video. The night we got it, we watched it three times. The highlights alone was worth every penny we paid. We showed our highlight video at our second reception back east and received so many compliments. Being able to relive our big day, especially when it goes by so fast, is something we will cherish forever. Thank you Amanda and Brandon!
