I called largo, FL 33770 post office and they never answers their phone. Also I had a package picked up by mail carrier and asked her the next day if she scanned my package she said she did when I checked the tracking after 4 days and USPS web site said still waiting on item????? so, if customer doesn't receive it I must refund funds and out of item and shipping label plus we have 4 different mail carriers poor service I would give them a - star. read more

Ive been using them for my online skincare business so I have lots to ship daily and they have amazed me at their great service. Literally thousands of boxes in a year. The line alwasy moves fast and the workers treat you like family which I appreciate since Ive lived my whole life in LA and got close to my postal team there. Front desk seems helpful enough, but not overly so. Paid for 2 day ship on Amazon and packages did arrive in the time frame. I went to pick them up and was told they won't be sorting anymore packages until tomorrow. So let me get this straight. My package is here, but you refuse to go to the back and give it to me?? My old PO's has no problem doing this. Usually took less than a min or two. Which compared to them giving some old lady every possible way to ship something, while everyone in line waits, is far faster to do. UPDATE: Back again to get packages and clerk seemed annoyed. Once I received my parcels she just looked at me. Didn't ask if I needed stamps or any other services. While other patrons were asked. Would've ignored it, but every time I come here I'm never asked if I want stamps or other services. Unrelated; a man was having it out with a clerk for leaving a note that he had a pkg. but they mysteriously couldn't find it. read more

The new self-service machine in the lobby is a nightmare. I had become quite adept at using the previous machine over the past few years. This one lacks adequate instructions at certain points and is far from intuitive. It also requires that you almost punch the screen to register a response. Like many people I am very conscious of people waiting behind me. When I sometimes reach the point of cursing at the machine I always apologize to the person behind. Inevitably they say...oh yeah this new machine is really bad. read more

Worst service ever. I pay for a po box, i get other peoples mail and my checks i order were lost. Tracking says the put in a locker box. The lady i spoke to really didnt care. I think she walked around to avoid me.When asked if my checks were lost i got, it will take a couple days to get back with me. I have an autistic son and she says to me, well it looks like you have your hands full????? So i pay for checks that they lost not to mention my account info is out there somewhere!!! read more

Although I watch the news religiously and read the daily paper diligently, I somehow missed the announcement that postage costs are increasing this Sunday . . . an event one would assume was important enough for every post office to herald with signs prominently posted. Yet while I waited on line for nearly thirty-five minutes in this compact, overheated facility - with only two of five windows open to accommodate the couple of dozen people waiting for assistance - I saw nothing to indicate that four days from today I will have to pay more each of the few times per month I use snail mail. Nor did the clerk who finally helped me advise me of this fact when she blithely sold me a book of stamps. Only when I overheard a conversation at the register in the card shop a short while later did I realize most of the twenty thirty-seven cent stamps in my wallet would soon need two-cent companions beside them on every envelope I mailed. I returned to the post office, waited another twenty minutes, and asked the same clerk why she hadn't said anything when I requested a book of stamps the first time around. "I figured if you wanted new ones, you would have asked for them," was her response. Are you clueless, indifferent, or just plain dumb? Good news . . . a government job is waiting for you! read more

We keep getting mail returned to our office stating no such number, in searching Pinellas county tax appraiser, this is correct address. This Post Office is a full-service location, and the staff all do a nice job of handling the continual flow of customers. There are external mail boxes available so you don't have to park and enter the building, but there is plenty of parking in case you do. Very nice and efficient! read more

Let's be honest - #1 all of the people behind the counter are rude. #2 if a mistake is made no one cares and will not help you. I have been trying to contact this location for 3 days (Fri Sat Mon) and the phone is busy. Probably off the hook. I have a package that was delivered at 4pm but not to my house and no one wants to help me find it even though it is there fault it was delivered to the wrong location. I cannot get my money back from the company because it shows as delivered. Also my mail comes usually around 5:30 - 6pm every day which is really annoying. read more

The supervisor is AWFUL. She is rude, condescending, and not helpful at all. She claims there are "too many packages" to look through to find mine. It's medication, and she tells me "it will get to you in a few days." I don't have a few days. Other staff kept making comments that they would help but are told they "can't leave my spot" because the rules have changed. Luckily another staff member offered to help. i mailed a priority box to a friend that held an automatic $50 insurance. ALL priority boxes are supposed to. It arrived broken and dripping in a garbage bag 20 days later. And they did absolutely NOTHING!! And while the manager of this post office was wonderful and went to bat for me as many times as she could. they still shirked their responsability. I am looking into other means of transportation and delivery of my glass items in my business now. And they are crying about loosing business............ wonder why? Expecting a package and the tracking said Attempted To Deliver, Left Notice. I was home the whole time and there was no notice in my mailbox or on my front door. This happens quite regularly. It's like they decide to call it a day and to heck with the poor schmuck expecting their package to be delivered that day. The only reason I gave this one star was because I had to pick a star. This is the worst post office I've ever had to interact with. They never have enough people at the front desk. When you call you cannot leave a message nor can you speak with the person. I have to drive to the post office when they mess up! Horrible! read more

This is the worst post office ever. Every day they deliver to our building and then forget to take the mail that needs to be picked up, constantly are removing mail from boxes where its supposed to be, or just not showing up at all. When you call to find out whats going on the manager likes to blame our regular mailman and say its HIS fault that the other drivers dont know the route...despite our company posting very specific instructions for new drivers. Im so sick of their blame game. Take some responsibility and train your drivers yourself since youre the manager and teach them the routes. There are too many time sensitive things that need to go out for this crap to be happening almost every single day. We constantly have to go back and re do the mail after they come because they cant put it in the right mailbox, they take mail out of mailboxes even though its supposed to be in there. Someone needs to come in and help them out before this becomes a larger issue. read more

I would like to thank Sheri for her help, getting a parcel redelivered out to my address. She was an absolute pleasure working with. One of the best experiences I have ever had with the post office. I know they get a bad wrap a lot. But remember that in most cases that when someone has a bad experience with a company, they are quick to write a negative review, But when that experience is good, they rarely ever take the time out and write a positive review. Very slow getting mail out. International package took 5 days just to get to Miami!

The postman who delivers to Fulton St. NE told me he delivered 3 packages to my door on Feb. 1st, well I was at home waiting for these packages, no one knocked that day OR rang my doorbell, which works extremely well!!! He said he left them on the chair outside my door. Well that's 3 packages that NEVER made it INSIDE my house!!!! When I asked him Saturday about them, he said......well I signed off that they were delivered, call the police, right..............like the Largo police are going to do anything about it???? LMAO.....sure. And that's not to mention when he delivers to my mailbox the stuff is crammed in like garbage!!! I get my retirement from New York State as a paper check, it comes folded over so not actually in an envelope ( guess it saves them money), so it is'nt really appreciated when I get it all mangled!!! If he hates his job that much maybe he should'nt be working there!!!!!! read more

last week i get a pnik card stating i had a package to pick up. i took time off from work to go stand in the inferno for 35 minutes waiting for the two clerks (three empty stations) to see me. give the woman my card, and wait another 15 minutes for her to return empty handed. can't seem to find the package. she says come back the next day. like an idiot, i do. same thing. can't find it. so i gave up, not wanting to miss any more work. yesterday, i get another pink card. so i go there today and wait, again 30 minutes. and what do you know.....can't find this package!! the guy says, if you can come back tomorrow, someone can help you?!? what? are you serious? i left very upset about the poorly run system. no wonder everyone uses email and fed-ex. i too, will not use usps again. so anyway, i get back home and go get my mail from my mailbox. these's a letter we sent weeks ago, shredded in a clear envelope and a rubber stamp mark saying "sorry". i'm finished with the mail system. i'll pay my bills online and use fed-ex or ups when i need to send or recieve any package. i'll put a stamp on my mailbox and send it to these jacka$$@$. the'll probably lose it anyway. read more
