I started in March of 2019 and had held off from writing a review because I wanted to at least have half a year's session to to assess the service. Note that this isn't my first rodeo since I have had laser hair removal done on a different area but with a different company so I do have something to compare then with. The clinic is clean, well-lit and has ample space for the services they provids. They have three private rooms and during the course of my monthly sessions I was able to use all. Their staff are friendly and accommodating from the minute I arrive. The most waiting that I've experienced was about 10 minutes tops. Making an appointment is also a breeze. On to the actual hair removal service: treatment for both my lower legs was fast quick and pain free. It takes the tech less than 20 minutes to do both legs. The device feels cold to the touch and as it gives out bursts of laser to kill off the hair follicles, I felt as if a rubber band is snapping against my leg. Since I started in March, I had high hopes that come summertime I will be able to be relatively hair free and I don't need to bother with the razor. Unfortunately, August came and left and I was still shaving my legs as if I've never had 6 laser treatment! I expressed this concern to the technician and I was told that they will use a different machine for my future treatments (apparently there is a different laser procedure which is more costly and more effective). By my 7th session, they did use a different machine and this time around they applied a gel on my leg before starting the laser treatment. As I write this, I am waiting for my 9th laser session with gel. Oddly enough, the gentleman at the front desk asked me how I am liking the gel session and I really couldn't answer... Even until now as I write this review. I took a peek at my legs and still see a lot of hair, albeit a little thinner bit definitely still a lot. The laser works because the hair looks thin but I signed up for laser hair REMOVAL, not thinning. I still have a few sessions left (you can only do one in 4 weeks, basically, once a month) of my unlimited session for 1 year but at this point, I'm really just trying to mentally comfort myself by using up the "unlimited" package that I paid for even if in reality the hair free outcome may not be attainable.

When I reached the office door, there was a sign stating the door was open and needed to be turned fully. However, the door was locked. My daughter and I both tried multiple times, knocked repeatedly, and rang the bell, but no one answered. After waiting about 10 minutes, I returned to the front entrance and used the buzzer again. I told whoever answered that I was there for my appointment, but received no response. A few minutes later, someone buzzed me in again, confirming people were inside, yet nobody opened the office door or acknowledged us. I received no call, text, email, or cancellation notice. I traveled with my child, paid tolls, and arranged my evening around this appointment. The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of my time.
