DO NOT EVER GO HERE FOR EYE LASH EXTENSIONS!!…read more So a few months ago, i brought a deal on amazon for laser hair removal sessions. The place is small & somewhat clean. The laser treatments are decent. So its recommended for hair removal only! But yesterday, I decided to get my eye lash extensions done there. It cost only $30 why the hell not? But was I wrong! The lady who did my eye lashes did a horrible job! She probably spent an hair gluing on the single lashes under my water crease line! She used the basic single eye lashes from that brand Adrelle & glue which u can buy it at CVS or walgreens for like $4. When she was done, i was tearing constantly. I couldn't even open my eyes. So i thought maybe I'm not use to it. an hr pass, and I'm still tearing. I got light headed bc the lashes really irritated me. So i decided to look at the mirror & check out why I'm tearing constantly. I lift my eyes & noticed how closely those lashes were glued next to my eyeball. So i decided to pull them off! They were so easily to be tugged off! I was so angry. I paid $30 for an eye irritation & the result was horrible! Ladies, stick to your hair removal here. They offer facials, massages, eye lash extensions & etc. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Update: It's true 3 months later (time required to see Sofwave effects)--Christine told me herself…read moreafter the treatment that she had performed the Sofwave unevenly. The left side of my face is indeed noticeably tighter than the right, confirming what she said. Now I have an uneven face. Thanks, Christine! Please avoid this grifter!!! ------------------------------------------------------- I paid $2,500 for an excruciatingly painful full-face and neck Sofwave treatment at Little Laser Clinic. During the consultation and promotional event, I was told the procedure would target my main concerns: my forehead and glabellar lines. This was the reason I chose Sofwave over Botox, as I made it clear I did not want injections. After the treatment, the provider informed me that my areas of concern had not been treated. She claimed they were too high risk, a detail never disclosed beforehand, and according to FDA guidance, not accurate. This was especially confusing since she applied the device to my eyelids. She also admitted the treatment had been done unevenly. Despite this, she continued to suggest Botox for the very areas she chose not to treat, even after I clearly stated I wasn't interested. I was left confused, disappointed, and concerned that the results would be visibly asymmetrical. Rather than taking responsibility and offering a refund for a service that was misrepresented and poorly executed, the provider offered store credit. I do not feel safe returning to someone who admitted to making a mistake on my face and disregarded my preferences. When I disputed the charge with my credit card company, the business claimed I was experiencing buyer's remorse. That is simply not true. I paid for a service based on the provider's consultation and marketing, and did not receive what was promised. This has been a significant financial and emotional letdown from someone I trusted. I'm sharing this review to help others make informed decisions and will be filing additional complaints. Christine may have worked at a dermatologist's office, but that does not make her a dermatologist. She also bad-mouthed a former employee for hours who had just quit that week, accusing them of being high on the job and admitting she contacted their previous employers to ask if they had a history of drug use. That behavior only added to my discomfort and distrust.

I feel like they PLAN their mode of operation to extract as much money from you that they can. They will convince you to buy multiple packages and upgrade your bundles. It's ridiculous. It's hard to say no because they are very convincing and are nice. They will compliment you as a part of their ploy. For example, they convinced me to agree to paying for my "acne" facial with two packages which totals to about $100! The only difference that this provides is that they use acne products but it's the same amount of time and the procedure is the same as a basic facial. That's so scammy. If you post a "before" and "after" photo on Facebook or Instagram, they'll give you a free facial session or $35 worth of product.

And I have also been very cautious with the reviews here and honestly, I haven't seen a lot of good feedbacks but I thought it was worth a try. I came in for my consultation at first, a week before I got the treatment done. I was scheduled for a specific time (Which was around 12:30, as far as I can remember), which was a horrible experience just for a consultation. There were at least 3 of us waiting and none of her receptionists bothered to ask us what we were here for, it took about 30 more minutes before Andrea came out and and said she'll be right back, supposing she was buying food since it's justly that it was a time to grab lunch and take breaks, but why would you approve for an appointment at those times when you knew you wouldn't be able to attend to them? Walking right pass your clients? Well, I didn't know what was supposed to be done and what skin problem I have in particular, all I know is that I wanted to get rid of the acne scarring that I have which aren't too many. So she had me in, and she really didn't tell me what she thinks I had. She started touching my face and told me, "Oh we have to do acne treatment." I don't know if the reason was because she was having trouble speaking in straight English or if she just doesn't want to elaborate at all? I asked her what it was and would it work for me -- considering that every type of acne is different and not to mention, people's skin type as well. I believe, as a consumer, especially for serious matters like this and investing time and money to see good results, we would want more than just "oh this is what i'm gonna do to you." or "this is how much you're going to spend". So I set an appointment for my first micro-needling session just to give it a shot since I was really desperate to clear my skin. I came in 2 weeks later. She did the treatment but the most unprofessional thing they did? She was taking breaks in between because she was talking to her minions about who knows what. And you know how that hurt? She was obviously doing it for the sake of getting it done but not truly focusing on it. She was talking for half the time with one of her employees who came in the room I was in. It was beyond unprofessional but I just let it pass. After the treatment, she told me the basics. So as a skincare enthusiast, I knew what they were so okay.. But when I called in her office the next day to ask her about what products am I supposed to avoid and would certain products be okay, she would just say "yeah, anything would do, whatever it is." I had another session done 3 weeks later and the same thing happened, which was worse. She didn't even bother to ask me if it was okay that they were laughing that loud while she was sticking her laser treatment on my face. Such a shame. Asked her a couple of weeks after as to why I've been breaking out again and why I haven't seen any changes, not a single bit. She leaves me on read on Facebook and only bothered to reply when I told her she lacks giving her clients the assurance they need. I understand it's different for every person, seeing results take time but I wouldn't want to come in here ever again. Poor customer service. Horrible professionalism.
