(In my experience, going to salons with wifey, not many places great you so well). Anyway, I had made an appointment with Inna, the laser hair removal specialist. I came at my scheduled appointment time of 2pm and seen right away. (Punctuality is always a plus, as I am busy person). You are lead to a private room with the laser machine. I was a bit nervous coming to this place because Im a guy and didnt really know how it would go. My nervousness was put to rest when Inna explained the process and how the shoulders and neck takes 20-30 min. She explained the process very thoroughly and said there would be some redness in the area the next day. The machine went on and she got to zapping, carefully each spot of hair follicle and landscaped both my upper shoulder, from the elbow up. @ the end , I was happy with the product. When my hair started to grow back a month later, it was less dark and coarse. It was thin and light , and less visible. I have a few more sessions pending and I recommend this place to anyone looking to get a little hair removal. Inna is pleasant to converse with and makes the process go as smoothly as possible.
