If you care about your clothes...and getting them back... don't send them here. Someone else noted…read morehow the service has changed since the sale from the Collin's family and they are not wrong. I have been waiting over TWO MONTHS for the return of a skirt that is part of a Tahari suit set (6/18/26). It's clearly lost and they won't return my emails or calls to remediate the situation. Admittedly, it's not surprising that something could go missing - this is a big operation. I had them dry clean 2 basic sundresses that I bought from JCPenney, and the only reason I didn't wash them myself was because they were so cheap, they shrunk the first time I wash them. Those two dresses cost me $25 just to get dry-cleaned! I also had them fix a wonky zipper once, and that cost me $35. I'm definitely to the "fool me twice, shame on me phase" of our relationship. The clothes I've had dry cleaned have always come back clean and pressed, so that's the only reason for the two stars.
