Best Buy Geek Squad quoted me thousands of dollars to fix the hinge on my laptop and said it was pretty much beyond repair (the screen was popping off a tiny bit and wouldn't close properly but otherwise the laptop functioned fine). This would be the second time I go here and I'm wowed every time! The first I went in after I dropped my phone. I noticed they were closing so said I'd come back tomorrow if they could tell me it was fixable and not completely broken ( I was really trying to avoid going to T-Mobile for a new phone ) They responded by saying no, we'll work on it now for you and get you out within 30mins. I was speechless! My screen fixed and phone working at a reasonable price too! How could I not recommend them a second time when my boyfriend's phone just stopped working out of now where. My wife's iPhone 8 had a speaker issue for a couple years where it was barely audible. It was very annoying since she uses the speaker every day for work. I tried compressed air, a toothpick and a small brush to try and clean it. It simply wasn't working. I took it to LAPC networking after Verizon tried to sell me a new phone, and Asurion wouldn't honor the replacement insurance. Tino greeted me with a smile and said "let me take a look at it." 5 minutes and less than $15 later, we were up and running with a perfectly functioning speaker and another happy customer. My phone was working out right, but I decided to change broken screen. After guys changed the screen the phone started living it's own life (start to call people from my contacts and switch between apps by itself). So I couldn't use it next day after repair, but couldn't came back for one month because I was living in another city. Then it dropped and fell apart. When I came to them they said that I have to pay 150$ more for new screen one more time. I refused. So now I have broken phone and minus 150$. read more

Wow, all the great reviews are warranted. Best IT repair team ever. My slightly older PC died and LAPC diagnosed the problem -- bad hard drive. They replaced it with a flash drive and now the machine is much faster and quieter. Also they checked out other stuff like a dirty fan and creaky keyboard and fixed those too -- so now I have a much better laptop than I started with, and at a very good price. Great experience getting a keyboard replaced on a Dell Inspiron laptop after I spilled coffee on it. Job was done well, at a reasonable price. I dropped it off on a Friday and it was ready on Monday (note they are closed Saturday and Sunday so this was a fast turnaround in my opinion). No words are enough to rave about these guys. I brought in 7 old drives, all corrupted, full of massive video files and rare footage. They took the drives apart and saved all the data, file by file. I was able to put my film online and can now edit the music video and commercial footage I've been dying to get at. They even honored the yelp free tempered glass offer on a new phone (it's apparently if they do repairs for you) but they did so on my old phone and honored it on my new phone. Came in towards the end of October 2019 and they replaced both my and my husband's phone batteries. Starting in February, we both noticed that our phones were losing battery pretty quickly despite lack of use. We assumed since we had gotten new batteries a few months ago that it couldn't have been the battery life. I finally checked in March, at the beginning of this shelter in home order since my cell phone is one of my main tools working from home. Turns out the battery life is 43% now! which is even less than my previous battery was before they changed it. I don't know if this was fluke or they didn't properly explain how long the battery would last but I assumed it would be more than four months. I've had it charging today for four hours and it hasn't moved beyond 23%. read more

These people are great! I called the other day, and Tino told me of course he could fix my shattered iPhone SE screen (run over by a car!). I was suspicious, as I'd just been thru a total SNAFU with 2 Best Buy stores promising by phone that they could fix it, only to have them tell me when I got there (Los Feliz Best Buy) that "they weren't certified with Apple for that" and at Pacoima's Best Buy that it was "too damaged" and they didn't have the part.
