I can't say enough great things about this place. I unfortunately went to another phone repair shop first for a broken screen and they pretty much ruined my 3 week old iPhone 7. Last week I brought my iPhone to LA PC Networking to have the screen repaired. I dropped the phone off at 2:20 and was told to return in one hour. At 3:20 I returned to the store to find the door locked and a sign posted that stated "I will return at 4:00." I wasn't happy about this since I was expected at 3:20 but knew that sometimes unexpected things happen and decided to wait....and wait....and waited. Finally, a girl from a boutique at the end of the block called the number on the window and was told that someone would be coming. So I waited again. At around 4:30, an HOUR after I was told to pick up my phone, Tino showed up with my repaired iPhone. I was charged $85 for the repair that costs $75 elsewhere, and when I mentioned not being happy about my wait was told that Tino had "thrown in" a screen cover for free. The screen cover was so cloudy and thick I couldn't see through it nor could I use the touch screen. I do NOT recommend LA PC Networking. They were unprofessional and showed no concern for my time. Ok so this is how it goes.... Discussing cell phone service, they gave good advice (but not all information was correct). OTOH computer service wasn't great. They couldn't diagnose or advise difficult hardware problem (not easy reinstall software solutions). Most of the "computer" reviews" mention only all iphone/pad screen replacement, many places can do this, so I wouldn't assume they are able to fix your problems unless you are a beginner. I would go to other places in Burbank which have such experience. read more

This place is a rip off. I cracked my iphone 5 screen and took it here to get fixed. They set my phone up with a faulty screen and when I went to change the case two weeks later, the screen cracked, just by changing cases! When I told them what had happened, they told me that I dropped it when I didn't. They said they knew what "really happened" because they're "professionals." Basically, they not only went against their two-month warranty, but also called me a liar. I do not recommend this place. It may be cheap, but it's for a reason! read more
