I have been here many times and I have to say the Doctors I have seen have been great…read more But the office staff extremely slow. The worst time was when there was one person checking in ahead of me and I stood there for 10 minutes to get to the window and another 5 for her to check me in. My back had given out and I could barely stand or walk. To have to stand there that long was no fun. The nurse staff is hit or miss. Most have been nice, but there has been a few times that they acted annoyed or like they wanted to be anywhere but there. And there was also a time when I sat in the waiting area for about an hour and a half. People behind me we're getting in ahead of me. I went back up to the check in and found out that they had me down as completed and that I had already been seen. They then got me in but no Sorry's or Apologies what's so ever.

Horrible family practice !!! The staff and urgent care part is fine, but Dr. Brown not only blew…read moreoff my pain issues but said " I /We cannot prescribe opioids because you're a new patient". Sorry but that is bull crap. First of all, all I have heard from e.r. Docs and my insurance company is that I NEEDED a family doctor so that I could get a better handle on my pain. I was told my condition is quite common and to follow up with the pain management clinic. They can't see me til January so I guess I'm screwed. And people wonder why more and more people get weed or drink. I don't do either but I guess it's more e.r. Trips and time to put this doc on blast. I've been getting X-rays and do exercises. I also asked the doctor about pain I've had in my breast and he didn't even do an exam. He just saw I was at e.r. A lot and formed his opinion so ... bye

Dr. Mythri Ramegowda has terrible bedside manners and a very inconsistent attitude. Her mood is all…read moreover the place. She comes across as impatient and dismissive, and it's extremely hard to understand her due to her heavy accent. As a patient, I expect basic professionalism and clear communication from a physician and she falls far short on both. I absolutely do not recommend her.

Worst emergency experience ever. I tested positive for covid spoke with someone before I showed up…read moreto the emergency room who insisted that I go in. I was told that she would be looking for my chart to come across and to let the I'm taking people know that I had spoke with her. After waiting for 30 minutes I finally was called back thinking I was going to get somewhere but instead I sat in the room for another 15 minutes waiting for someone to come. I want someone finally did come in to take my vitals I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for the doctor to come and ask me the same questions that the nurse did about my vitals. After that I was moved to a hallway and left there for 30 minutes not knowing if I was going to be seen or what was going to happen. I felt like I was taking care of myself fine at home and would have never went in if I wasn't told to. If you guys really have an emergency you need to be seen right away do not go to sparrow emergency room!! More than likely you'll catch covid from somebody waiting in the lobby that tested positive like me. Or you'll probably pass away from whatever illness you're suffering from stay away!

My husband wanted me to leave a review for his visit. I brought him in for sciatica pain, he was…read morehaving a really bad flare up making it hard for him to walk. The ladies and security up front understood his pain and didn't give him a hard time for crawling on the ground though letting him know how gross it was. Once we got a room, we waited awhile but who doesn't in the ER? He received 3 shots and waited longer for Dr. Warren. My husband really enjoyed meeting him and getting advice about what he can do and why he should do everything to avoid surgery. He got him some meds that have been working well since our visit on Friday. We appreciated the care he got here over going to sparrow in the past.

I was dismissed from your ER yesterday while in crisis…read more I peesented with a dental infection and a psychiatric emergency. I was not treated for either. Last year I went septic with a dental infection and was in the ICU for four days. I spent a total of 16 days in the hospital. The pain is causing me to lose sleep, which feels like mania. I have bipolar disorder. If I have an extended session of mania, it leads to psychosis. I see a paychiatrist regularly and I actually saw her in the morning, but there is a paperwork issue and the meds she requested for me will not be filled until Tuesday. I know the ER is not a dentist or my psychiatrist, but I felt like I was in crisis so I went. I was hoping for antibiotics for the dental infection and maybe a bridge prescription of a couple of my psych meds to get me through until Tuesday. Instead I was summarily dismissed by Dr. Chad Kovala. "I'm not a dentist and your psychiatrist is treating you. I can't help you." It didn't matter that I went septic last year from the same issue. Apparently my inpatient psych history doesn't matter either. I was so distraught by his dismissal of me that I called the suicide helpline when I got to my car. I have the screenshot. I was on the phone with them for 30 minutes before I felt safe to drive home. I have never before been dismissed with such a smug and superior attitude. Yes, I know a dentist is the ultimate solution for my tooth issue and a psychiatrist needs to do long-term med adjustments but I was in CRISIS. My teeth are IN MY MOUTH AND THEY AFFECT MY HEALTH. Hospitals are supposed to care for sick people. Period. You didn't. Do better. (Photo attached. I was in the ER from around 5:15-6PM. Also, your number is on record as well as you can see. I was trying to reach anyone who might care. Guess I need to keep driving to Ann Arbor.)
