The ladies always treat me with such respect and it makes me feel appreciated. The ladies always thank me for comng and do genually care for the people who are coming through their doors. This last week I attended to take an exam and I was post surgery. There were no lockers available on the top and I was not able to bend over. One of the ladies, I did not get her name, came out and put all my stuff away in a bottom locker and gave me my key. When I checked out, she automatically came out with me and obtained my stuff from my locker again. That was so kind. Thank you ladies.

When I complained about their dis-service to the people waiting I was warned that if I said anything else I would have to leave and would be an automatic fail. So I asked for my ID back and said I would find a more suitable lab. I was told I could not leave or I would be an automatic fail. This automatic fail was brought up as an issue no less than 6 times. They are professional and confidential, and I've always been very happy with the results every time. They are a Laboratory collections, screening and testing facility with a layout much like the Ingham County health department clinic...e.g. where you walk into their lobby, go to the sliding window, tell them what you need, they call you back to one of the private rooms, conduct collections, screening, or tests, take the payment, give you results etc. I like to go there because they are friendly, and do good work, but also, one of the reasons I go to them is because they have great prices! They also do mobile on-site collections (come to your business). Also, they are connected with most of the other labs, if I need them to do a specimen collection, they will, then send it out to the other labs (so I do not have to travel far to those other labs). They have an online store on their website too. Sometimes I find coupons and bring them in so I can get a percentage off from the price, or get other discounts by purchasing two or more items. The location and hours make it easy to stop by or just do a drop off and go, because there is tons of free parking there, and they are open from 7AM-5PM Monday-Friday and 8-12PM Saturday, so there is never a problem getting in there, and getting labs done for my business. They're located in Lansing Michigan near Holt in the plaza across the street from Lowes, it is right where I96 crosses Cedar St., same plaza as Causeway Bay hotel.

Julie was very thorough in communicating to me about me copay and helping me take care of insurance and financial aspects of my visits here. Kevin was nice and direct when asking me health related questions to streamline my visit for me. Edona was helpful in prescribing necessary medications for my sinus infection and helpful in suggesting little tips and tricks to help alleviate my sickness. Overall visitation was kind and professional - would recommend this urgent care to others.
