The ladies always treat me with such respect and it makes me feel appreciated. The ladies always thank me for comng and do genually care for the people who are coming through their doors. This last week I attended to take an exam and I was post surgery. There were no lockers available on the top and I was not able to bend over. One of the ladies, I did not get her name, came out and put all my stuff away in a bottom locker and gave me my key. When I checked out, she automatically came out with me and obtained my stuff from my locker again. That was so kind. Thank you ladies.

When I complained about their dis-service to the people waiting I was warned that if I said anything else I would have to leave and would be an automatic fail. So I asked for my ID back and said I would find a more suitable lab. I was told I could not leave or I would be an automatic fail. This automatic fail was brought up as an issue no less than 6 times. This place truly sucks.

Their waiting room is run down and gross, but a mask will keep you safe from everything you touch, like the kiosk that you sign in on . Maybe this place wouldn't be so busy, if they opened up smaller facilities in more areas, or offered blood draws at their redi care facilities. KG

I took a Covid test at home and low and behold the test was negative. If you are one of the few people who had a test today retest yourself at home!!
