The ladies always treat me with such respect and it makes me feel appreciated. The ladies always thank me for comng and do genually care for the people who are coming through their doors. This last week I attended to take an exam and I was post surgery. There were no lockers available on the top and I was not able to bend over. One of the ladies, I did not get her name, came out and put all my stuff away in a bottom locker and gave me my key. When I checked out, she automatically came out with me and obtained my stuff from my locker again. That was so kind. Thank you ladies.

This facility takes walkins only--no appointments and yet there was only one employee running the…read moreoperation with a dozen clients waiting for their tests. When I complained about their dis-service to the people waiting I was warned that if I said anything else I would have to leave and would be an automatic fail. So I asked for my ID back and said I would find a more suitable lab. I was told I could not leave or I would be an automatic fail. This automatic fail was brought up as an issue no less than 6 times. This place truly sucks.

Took my 83 year old mother yesterday, and we waited 2 HOURS!!! She gave them her number and they said they would call her, so we went into the car to sit down, 1 hour and 55 minutes later I went in to see where her name was on the board and it was gone, at that time she got a text saying there was now seating avaialable...no there was not, that was them say come in we are ready, but she didn't know THAT! So I had her go up to the desk and they took her back, if we had not, they were just going to skip over her. NOW she has had cancer... in remission now and she has COPD, so she wears her mask just under her nose so she can breath...after all we are wearing masks to keep people breathing, anywho a bitch who works there pops her head in and tells my mom PULL YOUR MASK UP! She did and struggled to breath! heath care worker my ass. By the way in 2 hours no one came out and washed the door handles ,windows or SEAT and we watched an elderly woman who clearly pooped her pants get up out of a chair walk back and sit in another, the poor souls who sat in them after her had no IDEA! SPARROW OPEN UP ALL YOUR LABS! You are crowding everyone into just a few labs...why, so if someone has covid they can spread it to 30 people instead of 15...because they would be at the other labs...but no the more covid cases you get the more money you make!!!! SHAME ON YOU...OPEN UP ,BE SAFE!!! AND CLEAN!!!
