Rather than take that patient into an exam room, they conducted triage standing in the doorway from the waiting room to the treatment area. Left bloody bandages lying on the carpet despite there being small children waiting in the area. Then, after being examined, I was assured they would send two prescriptions to my pharmacy. More than 24 hours later, they hadn't sent them, so I called to follow up. I was assured they would be sent "within the hour." Four hours later, still nothing, so I called again, only to be told they couldn't find any records of prescriptions to be submitted. Got a feeble excuse that the doctor on call can't follow up on what the previous doctor prescribes. To me, that's borderline malpractice. Any healthcare institution has to maintain adequate records so that if there's a problem downstream, they can trace the logic back to the diagnosis. NOT IMPRESSED...! Will it be some trivial thinking about your car keys or will it be something more meaningful and informative? The sparrow health systems sleep center has several very experienced and well trained members of their team... They care about their patients, and as for me personally they are able to schedule on a moments notice or change the schedule if need be. I have done multiple studies here and the staff are very nice people... Not sure how they could ever get a one star rating!
