I'll never go back because of the registration system.. And they make you do it every time you come in. The secretary explained to me that that's just the way it is nowadays. I'm bleeding and they give me the same 4 page form i filled out the week before, though the secretary said my info was already in their system.. I left and went somewhere else much much better. If you can get past the registration process, staff is capable and skilled.. I liked the people, but will never return. read more

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this urgent care. My daughter visited last Sunday, and although an antibiotic was prescribed, it was never sent to the pharmacy. When I called today to follow up, I was left on hold for over 10 minutes and had to call back. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they seemed unwilling to acknowledge it. I was promised that the prescription would be resent, but it still has not been received. This level of care and communication is unacceptable, especially when it involves a patient's health and necessary medication. I would not recommend this urgent care based on my experience. Do not go there at send you students there too, it is a waist of money and time! read more

I went in with a knot on my quad I began to explain how "i have a bump the size of a golf ball on my right quad" she begins feeling each quad saying its the same on each leg and I should ice it and be patient week later nothing so I begin asking the internet and learned how to get my quad back to normal by pushing it out with a roller success in the first day. very unqualified group of people read more

I've been to the L Urgent Care 5 times for a UTI. Each time I've been refused adequate treatment for this problem. Yesterday I again received cephalexin for this infection. Each time I've been refused the med that I know works for me. The excuse being that UTIs are now resistant to it. 3 years ago, I was treated for a UTI for this ailment and it worked quickly and efficiently. I woke up at 4 AM w urgency and after urinating, burning and itching. Im 78 years old and have had good health care all my life in Ann Arbor. Im 78. I realize this might be ketoacidocis since I've got type 2 diabetes. However, im angry because I've not been listened to, im in discomfort and im my whole life have never been treated like this by a health professional. FIVE TIMES TO TREAT A UTI? I've read no studies from Mayo or Cleveland Clinic on the inefficacy of the med I've requested. Lynne, the receptionist, had such Pleasant voice and patient demeanor as she handled all the sick people in the waiting room. Even by 9:30 pm, she was still kind and pleasant. Mohammad, the MA, was kind and efficient. Brandon, the PA, expressed compassion and thoroughness to figure out how to help my cough. I had to wait for a while but that unavoidable on a Sunday night. read more

The staff has no care in the world for the patient.. they are there solely for the paycheck not because of it being a passion.. I paid to have stitches put in and had to pay another co pay to have them removed.. my appointment was at 8:45 still haven't been seen and stitches still hasn't been removed and it's 9:20 read more

Been here twice. Once was for a severe concussion. Empty lobby, the lady sweeping had no care but to make sure we had an appointment scheduled and insurance card with a horrible attitude, made us feel wrong for being there. Second time was because my friend was having SEIZURES. WENT INSIDE TOLD THEM HE WAS ABOUT TO HAVE A SEIZURE MANY TIMES AND NOTHING. They literally waited until he had a PHYSICAL SEIZURE IN THE LOBBY to begin doing anything, AND NOBODY CALLED THE AMBULANCE!! IT TOOK 3 EMPLOYEES TO CALL ONE AND THEY NEVER EVEN DID. It's only a matter of time until people DIE UNDER THEIR CARE. Unbelievable establishment that needs to be removed or completely revamped. read more

Only 24 hour emergency care in Lansing. Urgent should be removed from the name! If you had cut or gash you would heal naturally before you made it through the wait list. read more

A great experience considering. The staff was friendly and you can tell they liked working with each other. They took care of business and it was an overall comforting experience. They understood we were from out-of-town and met our needs and made what could have been a difficult process very easy. I have NEVER been this relaxed in any dr's office. read more

Went in for terrible throat pain an Dr. MICHAEL and staff were terrific! My vitals were all good and they did a throat swab and found that it was not streptococcus but a viral infection. Got directions on what to do and a antibiotic was ordered. Was told antibiotic for viral is 50/50 shot and Blessed to say that it is helping. Thank you all! Never a bad experience here for me or my family. read more

I had a lovely experience with the staff at Lansing Urgent Care, until I called to ask them to do simple paperwork to allow me to get a temp handicap sticker. Then it's "oh we don't do that." Well who does, other than the doctor who saw me for my injury? I'm supposed to pay for a PCP appointment when I just paid to see you last night? Shame on you, Lansing urgent care. Do better. Oh, also the crutches you sold me are broken. read more

Don't go here, they make you wait hours to be seen even with an appointment. They also bill your insurance for a separate code (being seen after regular office hours) despite them being open 24hrs. read more

At all costs do not go here and go to different urgent care. The staff was rude and do not care what's wrong with you. You will wait hours and I mean HOURS to be see with rude front desk employees and then the doctors will look at you and say I don't know what's going on. read more

I got here at 6 o'clock in the morning and I was the first one here. I ended up waiting for two hours and then I just walked out. This is a terrible place to go. read more

I think my real frustration is that i checked in online for this appointment. The wait time was 2 hours. 5 minutes before the appointment we get a text letting us know they are 16 minutes behind. We decide to wait it out. We are still waiting an hour later, with no update. We would have planned much different (like eat dinner, or do errands or something) I get it covid has made things harder but you literally have an automated system and you know the order... Edit: we finally got seen and the person was great and nice and apologetic but still a little communication would be nice read more

DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE! You will end up waiting 2 hours, and not because it's busy, but they've made it so if you walk in with an emergency, you get put behind everyone who barely needs tylenol because they checked in online. I'm all for checking in online, but having a waiting system dependent of it? Not cool. read more

What a joke. Made appointment online showed up ten minutes early for said appointment. I finally got called back 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment only to sit in the exam room another 30 minutes before seeing a dr. Why bother setting up appointments ?? Just do walking only and make it first come first serve since clearly having an appointment gets you no advantage. read more

Got my sick Son right in. The ladies on shift were very welcoming. Thank you Liz, Kelsie, Lynne.

2.25 hours and finally left. we do not have a family doc yet and daughter is sick and cannot shake it. Made a reservation for 3, arrived early. never more than 4 people in waiting room so they were not busy. At 3:40 I asked about wait times, receptionist was unsure. after 1 hour we were out in exam room. nurse and PA were not nasty, but not kind or friendly. I'd guess this is a miserable place to work. we left before getting answers or prescription as I had to pick up another child. LUC should close this down at this rate. horrible. read more

This place is absolutely awful. Why make an appointment online if they're going to have you wait an hour or more? The actual care is fine. The wait is horrendous and they charge you up the you know what if your insurance doesn't fully cover it, plus they charge you a fee. read more

Go to any other urgent care. Waited 4 hours to get seen with 5+ other people that came hours after me going ahead of me. Was told it would only be another 15 minutes 3 different times. Very unprofessional with how they deal with patients. read more

Was seen on 9/30 for pain in my lower side / ribs, from falling down a flight of steps five days ago. I've been in fairly significant discomfort, but I've waited five days to be seen. So, why did I go yesterday? Well, I'm fairly certain I have developed a case of "costochondritis, a swelling of the cartilage. And it's getting worse. (A condition I have had previously.) First, the nurse spent the majority of the time telling me about her back problems, and then diagnosed me with a "contusion." That's the wrong diagnosis. I'm there for pain from inflamed cartilage; not a back injury. Then, doctor came in, and gave Naproxen, and stated I should expect this pain for the next 28 days. That's more than a month! Finally, the mgr of the practice called my home, and gave a condescending lecture about how the ribs / spine are all connected. And then suggested I come back, and be seen by another provider. What would that accomplish? I had just been there three hours earlier. Then, she stated that the doctor and I were talking about the same thing, but in different languages. (What does that even mean??) It was insulting and degrading. Wrong diagnosis. Wrong treatment plan. Ignored what I repeatedly told them. Then, called my home, and slyly suggested I was a drug addict. Not surprisingly, my pain level is worse this morning than it was yesterday. I'll let you decide for yourself if this is good medicine. read more

This review is my experience at Frandor location I've been here 3 times for my daughter and me for the course of a couple of sinus infection & asthma attack. The last 2 times I've gone I met with Jeffrey Brenner, PA-C. He is easy to talk to and thorough with his diagnosis. I always walk out of there feeling like I'm set up for a successful recovery whatever my ailment may be. The facility is clean overall, as far as the reasons I have gone they have always had the expertise and technology to provide proper care. The staff is kind and genuine most importantly knowledgeable, overall wait times varies with the season the last time waited 3 hours it is all worth it. This is the only time I waited that long. I've had nothing but good experiences here! read more

They are trash and unprofessional. There are people working at the front desk who doesn't have a clue what they are doing. Worse place to come and get check up and anything done. In addition, they don't ever have anyone who can answer a question. For a simple DOT card pending review they made we wait two weeks after I provided the document they asked for. Told me there no one there who can look at the paper. read more

So my husband and I were in EL on a family trip. Started feeling ill on June 1, tested pos on June 3. By this time we were really feeling awful. I called and asked about making an appt to get Paxlovere and was told they onlygave itto people who were over 65 with pre-existing health conditions. We ended up checking in to a hotel for awful days of illness, and are still so exhausted we are barely functional. My daughter, an RN says if we'd gotten the meds we would likely not have gotten it so bad. The receptionist just LIED. They did have the ability to prescribe. I was too sick to know better. Shameful. read more

I used online check in, which was a great time saver. This place is clean, and the staff is always kind and helpful.

Had a great experience for a sick visit. A 45minute wait, but i should have pre-registered onLine. Next time, definitely will. Staff was very professional and attentive. Dr Brooke Lemon was on top of everything. My care was addresses immediately and my prescriptions with available onsite, since it is New Years Eve i was thankful. read more

Took my wife in because of excruciating pain in her abdomen, which then moved to her back. CLASSIC KIDNEY STONES ISSUE!! She couldn't give them a urine sample, so they sent us back home. After another flare-up of excruciating pain, went to the Urgent Care on Robbins and Saginaw St. There she was told she had the "classic symptoms" for kidney stones (oh, she gave them a urine sample which they found to contain blood), and was sent to the hospital for a scan. Guess what? Kidney stones! I would never recommend this quack-shop to anyone in dire need of anything more than a bandaid. Will continue to bad-mouth this place to anyone who will listen. read more

I sat up an appointment for 10. I arrived about 930 and the front desk told me to complet registration. fast forward it is now 11 am and I am still here in pain from a work related injury. doctors are friendly as ever but if ur looking for them to keep ur appointment time or have any sense of urgency for u as a new patient or returning patient u can hang it up. try the other local urgent care centers the one in frandor has just become my least favorite to check in at because they simply aren't professional at the front desk and if u upset them they will love u to the very end of the line. I've been here 1 hr and 20 mins unseen unchecked on havent even had a worker say hey are u ok. When I walked up to the window to ask why I haven't been seen they rolled their eyes then had a silient conversation amongst themselves showing their disregard for me as a in pain return patient read more

Receptionist is very rude and unwelcoming. People going to urgent care should feel like they are comfortable and taken care of, not like they are a nuisance. I honestly wish I could give them a zero. Upon initial check-in, we were told that want times were about 45 mins to an hour. We opted to check in and come back at 8:07 pm. We came back shortly before 8.07 and checked in, filled out paperwork, and payed the copay. All before 8:15 pm. We then waited in the waiting room until 9:07 pm where we were then brought into an exam room. We were assured by the nurse that a doctor would be in soon, but we are currently sitting here at 9:45 pm without seeing anyone and listening to the staff gossip and chat about their personal lives right outside the door. read more

My daughter broke her leg at 9:00 pm and needed attention. The Frandoor Urgent Care was open so she went there. They got her in, finally, took an x-ray and told her she fractured her fibula. She wears a 7 &1/2 shoe. They put her in a boot which was for an 8 & 1/2 to 11 shoe size. Way too big. And some crutches. She then proceeded to get a referral for an Orthopedic Doctor. It was like pulling teeth. 1 week later they sent a referral but failed to send the X-RAY'S. Very incompetent staff and doctors report was trash. read more
