My advice to you if your moving when it gets close to the day just throw the rest of your stuff in boxes, because he was right it was easier for them than for us. Highly recommend these guys. And, would use them again with no hesitation.

There were external…read morecircumstances - navigating an estate sale and light rain - but I don't have any confidence in their skills. They transported the piano upside down with the wheels in the air. I have never heard of anyone else doing this. With the entire weight of the piano in the lid, the hinge and one side was damaged. They also scraped the corner of the side as they attempted to flip the piano right side up in our driveway and a few pieces were knocked completely out. We were mortified. It had been a nice piano but now is clearly damaged from their handling.

So when no one showed up on move day, we couldn't get a hold of anyone. The crew finally showed up almost 6 hours late with a truck half the size of the one we were told. Our move was supposed to take one day and took two instead. The second day, they no call/no showed again. When they showed up 3 hours late, there were only two guys instead of four. The crews themselves were great, but the people they work for were unavailable, unhelpful, unreliable, dishonest, and rude.
