We contracted them to move a piano. It was a harrowing and unprofessional move. There were external…read morecircumstances - navigating an estate sale and light rain - but I don't have any confidence in their skills. They transported the piano upside down with the wheels in the air. I have never heard of anyone else doing this. With the entire weight of the piano in the lid, the hinge and one side was damaged. They also scraped the corner of the side as they attempted to flip the piano right side up in our driveway and a few pieces were knocked completely out. We were mortified. It had been a nice piano but now is clearly damaged from their handling.

When choosing a moving company, one's first consideration is usually the price. Pac N Go is very…read morereasonable. The quote they gave me was among the lowest ones I received from different sources. The second consideration is whether we can trust the movers. They haul all our stuff in one truck and we need to know if every item will end up in its destination. I then learned that David, the owner, had been in business as a mover for more than 20 years. I found this very reassuring. My experience with David proved that he is indeed a professional. He knew what he was doing. He worked hard and handled my things very carefully. He and his partner showed up on time which really impressed me. Obviously moving heavy things for hours is very challenging. Still, David manages to smile all the time. His positive attitude is sure to make your moving day less stressful. Take it from me: Pac N Go can be trusted. That's why, when I moved again earlier this year, Pac N Go is the mover I called, for the second time.

I called to get a quote and was greeted professionally and provided excellent customer service. We made arrangements to have 3 movers unload a 26' U-Haul truck. I was quoted a fair price and a time to expect the team. On the day of appointment, they arrived a few hours late BUT I knew that was a possibility because that was communicated in my initial call. Also, it's the nature of the business...you never know how long a job is going to take until you get there. They kept me informed and arrived ready to work! The 3 man team was amazing. They were respectful of us and our belongings. They got the job done fast and at an awesome price. I can't endorse them more strongly!

The final cost actually came in a little bit under the low-end of the quote. It was a townhouse move to a Second floor condo in a neighboring city. The guys showed up a few minutes late (nothing horrible), and they worked like crazy. I mean really fast. They were all super nice! I wasn't quite done packing they said let us take whatever we can because it is easier for us than you. And, boy was that right. My advice to you if your moving when it gets close to the day just throw the rest of your stuff in boxes, because he was right it was easier for them than for us. Highly recommend these guys. And, would use them again with no hesitation.

You never want to hear the moving crew say "we should have brought a bigger truck." I hired movers…read morebecause my husband and and I are senior citizens and we could afford the cost of the movers. The quote was around $2500-$2800, but we were only charged about half of that because they ran out of truck before we ran out of stuff. One of the movers told me they didn't like moving televisions, couldn't I just take that 80" TV in my car because they didn't have the proper equipment with them to move them. They made one load and we spent the next 4 days lifting and moving stuff in our vehicles--something we tried to avoid by hiring movers. This service was not worth the high cost of having to move things ourselves. We had used the service twice before, but never again.
