Cons -Small shop -A little out-dated Pros -Very talented -Sweet and truly caring ladies that work there -BEST prices in town -Open longer hours than other salons -Quality service -Diverse services (hair, nails, foot and hand massage) Don't let the size of the salon fool you! Yes it's small, but you can't beat the prices anywhere AND you will for sure have excellent service delivered. To me the main thing that separates her from the others is that she is truly a "Sweet-heart". I've been coming here for about 1 year now and she always greats me with a hug and smile. I took my boyfriend in the other day and he wanted his hair super short but I wanted it longer....so she suggested a compromise and cut his hair with such detailed precision it turned out great! Actually the best stylist thus far. She also offered to give him a shave and trim up his go-tee which saved us a ton of time and mess from doing it ourselves at home. She's awesome! She is from Vietnam and works hard and doesn't make much money I'm sure, but that doesn't stop her from giving 100% of her time and talent. She goes above and beyond that actually! She always makes sure that you leave her salon a happy and satisfied customer. I come to her to do my highlights and hair cuts all the time and always get compliments! I encourage you to stop by and get your nails done and maybe a hair trim too. See for yourself, you won't regret it!

Tonie made the experience so relaxing and really educated me on what he was doing and why, i.e. soft wax versus hard wax. He also was real with me letting me know he doesn't believe in sugar coating whether or not it hurts. For me, the pain was less painful than I expected. I think what really helped me out was the fact that he really walked me through the process, making sure I was breathing and relaxing before each pull. He even made sure I was breathing right before he would pull (making sure I exhaled slowly versus blowing out all the air from my lungs. First we started with the Hollywood Hairy. I wasn't sure if I wanted all the hair gone but I'm glad I did. Feeling super clean :)! We started with the back which was the warm up! Not painful at all! Plus, it made it less awkward once we turned over to start on the front! He also made sure to help trim down the front before using the hard wax. He also made sure that everything was clear before moving onto the next part of the body! The base of your junk does hurt somewhat but only for a sec! The sac wasn't bad at all! And to be honest, the pain was less painful than I expected! From the Hollywood Hairy, we moved to the abdominal area! Very minimal pain - not bad at all by then again, I don't have too much hair there to begin with. We also did my brows which I've done before! Super easy! Finally, we did the underarms! This was actually more painful than I thought but definitely a bearable pain. He gave me tips for after care including making my own coconut oil/sugar scrub to exfoliate! All in all, I felt super relaxed and really enjoyed the ambiance that Tonie created. I will definitely be coming back! If you're even thinking about trying it out, definitely recommend doing it and recommend coming to Tonie!
