Her pressure was perfect, I upgraded to some hot stones and they were the perfect temperature. The only thing that I think could have been improved upon was one side of my back got more attention than the other, but for all I know it's because that side felt like it needed more work - so I'm not going to dock points for something like that when the whole service was exactly what I wanted out of a massage. Next time I think I'll spring for a longer one though - 60 minutes wasn't quite enough, I wasn't ready to go back to the real world! Thank you to Allee Massage for fixing my last visit and letting me give it a second chance. I'll definitely be back (and referring my friends as well) now that I know just to avoid whoever the heck I had last time lol

I think others know this place is pretty good because if you don't an appointment a few days in advance... same day and definitely last-minute appointments are more difficult to book in my experience. They also offer full body massage, which we've tried a few times that were also good. My only dislike is your in the same room as the foot massage separated by curtains... so for me hearing the others working and walking by seriously affects my ability to relax with only a curtain and a towel separating us. So 5 star foot massage and 3 star full body.

Another thing that stands out is their flexibility and customer service. Many times I've reached out last minute because I happened to be nearby or wanted to book same day, and they've often been able to accommodate me with therapists ready to go. I had already planned to leave a tip, but when it wasn't what they considered their "minimum," I was questioned about it and even laughed at. That alone was unprofessional, but it didn't stop there. The front desk staff then pulled out a tip sign that was hidden behind another sign--something that should have been clearly visible from the start if it's truly their policy. On top of that, I was charged more on my card than what I was told. Fifteen percent does not equal twenty percent, and that kind of discrepancy is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the towels used during the service had a noticeable mildew smell, especially the one placed on my face, which completely took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. Overall, between the lack of transparency, pressure around tipping, being overcharged, and poor hygiene standards, this was not a professional or comfortable environment. I would not recommend this place.

I've been here twice now and both times have been nothing short of a great experience…read more For starters: It was very easy to book online. The only thing I'd request (to make it even easier on future clients) , is the ability to choose the gender of the preferred specialist or have a list of specific specialists that work there. There is a space in the "Notes" section where you can input that sort of information, which I do appreciate. Upon arrival, you're greeted by a representative there. I was fortunate to have met and work with Ada. They then walk you to the room. The rooms were pretty clean both times, dim lighting , clean sheets, clean atmosphere, and soothing, relaxing music that compliments the ambiance. I have chosen to purchase the 60 min Luxury CBD Deep Tissue Massage both times and have seen tremendous improvement in the quality of my overall body & well being. I appreciated that Ada asked me where my areas of concern & focus were. Ada also asked follow up questions regarding those areas as far as experiencing any pain. Throughout the massage, Ada continued to ask if the applied pressure was okay and was very good at noticing when my body was reacting to the pressures. That was also much appreciated! Since the two massages (both a week apart): I feel much lighter and a lot less tense. As someone who works 12-16 hour days, and holds the weight of the world and stress in my upper body, I can safely say this is the best I've felt in quite some time. I look forward to continue coming to Restful Spa in the foreseeable future. To conclude: you pay at the very end. No deposit required (which is awesome because so many places now require one). After payment , they send you off with some water for hydrating which I found to be super thoughtful and hospitable.

Tanya is incredible! She improved my range of motion, and the results have stuck!…read more My body was a mess from my desk job. Hip pain, tightness, mobility issues. Tanya focused on my legs which seemed odd, but said that's how to release the rest of my body. It hurt (deep pressure) but my god it WORKED. Each appointment removed an area of soreness/tightness. I no longer felt my body gripping when I move in certain ways - my body now feels fluid. I think my range of motion improved?? Also the results stick! I space appointments out a few weeks, and the tension doesn't return in between appointments!! (In past massages, the release only lasts a few days.) Highly recommend Tanya. Trust her process. P.S. Her studio is in Salons by JC. The front door is sometimes locked so you have to text her to buzz you in (her cell phone is on the website).

I was placed in a couples massage room and they go above and beyond for relaxation here: there were bowls of essential oils (?) with flowers right below where you put your face through the pillow when you lie down.
