Most recently, I mistakenly arrived on the wrong appointment date, which I fully take responsibility for. However, after months of coordination, rearranging childcare, driving to Los Gatos repeatedly, planning around travel during Mother's Day weekend, and then waiting another 20 to 30 minutes to see whether I might possibly be accommodated, only to ultimately be told no, I realized this simply was not the right fit for me anymore.
