Steer clear of this body shop! We recently use them and it took nearly a month and a half to get our car back. They initially finished in about two weeks but when I went to pick up the vehicle I noticed they had done a very poor job on the paint, puddling of the metallic finish under the clearcoat. They tried to remedy it by buffing the clearcoat a little bit but didn't solve the problem. Was told by the man who runs the place that they would have to paint the whole side of the car again. I also noticed that the door popped when opening and closed harder which wasn't the case with the original door. Even after the damage to the door it functioned properly. The problem was they used a used door to repair it. For both issues the gentleman down played them but I was unwilling to except the vehicle till they repaired it right. 75% of my dissatisfaction satisfaction was with the paint and 25% with the improper fit of the door. Had it only been the paint they would've had to repaint the thing and eat the cost for doing a poor job. But with the door popping they were able to make another claim to our insurance company..... Fast forward a month and a half later they had resolve the issues, the repair had finally been done properly. I felt like it was only fair for all our trouble and asked if they would cover half of our deductible and the additional rental time for our rental vehicle that wasn't covered by our policy. He basically told me to pound sand. They got paid full price to do the job twice. The insurance company ended up paying out more than the vehicle was worth, and we ended up not having our vehicle for a month and a half. Not very honorable people in my opinion. read more
