I was steered to this outfit by USAA. Completely unprofessional and so much so, I am picking the car up and taking it elsewhere. If you allow them to fix your vehicle, after reading this review, please not you have been warned. First impressions are they are not a very honest outfit but first hand knowledge is that if most of us ran a business this unprofessional, we would be out of business. The Athens GA store has had my truck for over a month to fix roughly $4000 worth of damage from a deer impact. The response has been ridiculously slow. The phone system is such that you have to call continuously over and over just to get though to someone. I don't feel like since this was an insurance claim, that my car was deemed important. This has been the worst experience with a repair shop I've ever had. I will never use this company again. read more

This place was suggested by Progressive. The body work seems solid, however, they took over 30 days to fix what likely should have taken 2 weeks or less. This led to me having to pay for my rental vehicle out of pocket for a time period. Each week they would say they needed another week. The front parking lot and their back lot is full of vehicles just sitting there waiting to be fixed. They likely had my vehicle sitting in the lot for weeks (not being fixed) which caused me significant additional expense (rental fees). I would suggest looking for other options if you need your vehicle fixed in a reasonable amount of time. read more

My truck got sideswiped by an uninsured motorist. Oakwood sent truck to Roswell location for repair as it is aluminum. Bodywork came back good but cam back with rear window defogger not working. Oakwood had me come in twice to fix rear window and second time had to leave it for a week as they damaged the paint replacing window. Finally got it back again, went to hook up grandson's booster seat and seat belt didn't function properly. Instead of taking it back I went online for how to fix it myself. They had left the retractor dangling and mounting screw in hole with one thread, not holding anything. I couldn't afford for it to come back again with yet another induced problem. read more

Strongly suggest NOT using the Duluth location. I had work done a year ago to replace my driver side door. The door features never worked after the job was complete. Took it back in for them to fix. Dropped the car off at 7:30am....first walk-in of the day. At 2pm, called to check on my car. Nothing had been done to fix the problem. The manager, Lindsay (Lindsey) was extremely rude. She literally over-talked me the entire conversation. Issues: (1) the work was obviously shabby from the beginning, (2) your guarantee is questionable, (3) your "manager" is a horrible representation of your company image (which sparked me to go out of my way to submit this review). read more

Caliber in Oakwood has the worse customer service John the manager is so unprofessional, I took my car in for a body repair once they called me back to pick it up I was contacted threw Facebook for some reason on a Saturday which Saturdays are closed, I picked up my car and trusting him and the shop I drove off. Once I noticed that my car was not right I called back and took my car they took another week and couldn't figure it out so we had to go and take it to Cadillac dealership and now John the manager is blaming the dealership for something Caliber did which makes no sense my car did not have any issues besides the bodywork that had to be done, I had to pay out of my pocket just to get my car back and fixed by dealership because Caliber couldn't do there job right. Caliber (John) is saying he couldn't reimburse me because it's not something they did smh me as the owner of the car for 6 years I know Caliber did wrong, after proves that Cadillac gave me and sent John he still saying is not something Caliber did and is saying it's probably Cadillac that messed something even though we took it there because of the problem smh! If you have a car you truly care for don't bring it here. So unprofessional and will wash there hands with excuses for there mistakes and in my case more money and most importantly my time! read more

I would not recommend this shop as I was charged $210.00 for a small door ding that the jeep dealer would be 50. My original quote for the work I had done was reasonable, this was just an add on that was a rip off. read more
