I called and they looked up my email in the system, took down my insurance card info but couldn't confirm whether or not they take my insurance (which is a major provider), and promised to call back to confirm. Didn't ever receive a call back and have been calling for days to no avail - no one answers the phone. I called a different practice who was able to confirm they take my insurance and book an appointment for me within minutes. It's a shame as Quality Dental is much closer to my home, but it's not worth committing to a practice that clearly doesn't care about its patients and do the things they say they're going to do.

Dr. Kwon carved out time to see her even though she was not his patient. With great skill and compassion, Dr. Kwon calmed my wife down, took the necessary steps to steps to ensure her healing was without serious complications that required treatment, and proceeded to check in on her through texts and calls over the next several days and weeks. I highly recommend Dr. Kwon for his skill, attention to detail, and most of all for the compassion he has for his patients. Brookline Dental Center is lucky to have him as part of their staff. I landed in the Emergency Room on New Years Eve in AGONIZING pain from a tooth that had cracked and the nerve was just wreaking havoc. I have broken bones, given birth, even had a severe corneal ulceration from a long fingernail in a basketball game . . . none of that even touched the pain I was in. New Years Eve fell on a Saturday this year. On Sunday, I received a call from the doctor HIMSELF who told me to come into his office on Monday, January 2nd. His office was closed, yet Dr. Carmine Morreale opened his door personally to meet me and help me with my predicament. It took not even 15 minutes and he took me from crawling on the floor in pain to jumping for joy as he removed the dead tooth! He has since replaced that gaping hole with a beautiful replacement bridge and I am able to smile again! I have not smiled in 3 years since two of my old and massive fillings cracked and took parts of my teeth with them. Dr. Morreale has transformed my mouth from looking like a hill-billy of the West Virginia hills to a Hollywood Glam smile! He has managed to accomplish this task - PAIN-FREE and pleasantly! He really sold himself as an expert in TMJ issues and told me that he had a treatment plan with a 99% success rate in resolving TMJ issues, but it would cost $5,000 out of pocket for a year of treatment and access to his expertise. He told me we would work things like getting me into physical therapy, getting a sleep study, and possible orthodontic work once my symptoms decreased, and to be honest, I felt like he was pressuring me a but to agree to sign up for the treatment plan. I was desperate and foolishly agreed to pay this amount of money. His office helped me schedule an MRI, gave me two appliances, and told me that he would be able to unlock my jaw after the MRI gave them more information. I managed to unlock my jaw on my own before the MRI and had one follow up appointment with him to go over the MRI results. After this he canceled my next follow up appointment and did not reach out to schedule anything else. I scheduled another appointment and told him I was considering getting orthodontic treatment done in hopes of decreasing my TMJ symptoms, since I have malocclusion issues. His office scanned me for Invisalign and told me his office would reach out in a couple weeks to go over the scans. It's been almost four months and he has not reached out. I feel like he really oversold what he would do for me, as I was told that he'd work with me to relieve my TMJ symptoms and make sure my jaw does not lock again. I do not feel like the very limited work he did for me was worth the $5,000 I paid him, and I deeply regret giving him that much money only for him to not really do that much for me. For anyone considering working with him to resolve TMJ issues, I suggest finding a different dentist. While you might have to wait longer to get an appointment with other TMJ dentists, it's most likely worth the wait and won't result in you wasting thousands of dollars. TLDR: Don't waste $5,000 here hoping to resolve your TMJ issues.

I have never taken issue with any of them. Gene the hygenist is amazing. I see her FOUR TIMES a year and she is wonderful; I look forward to going to her. She is personable, friendly, and gives excellent advice. She has so much training and knows a lot about dentistry and all the products on the market in terms of toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc. etc. I really think she is thorough and spends one full hour cleaning you perfectly. The MD, Dr. Sulukowksi is amazing, too. I saw him as an 8th grader for an implant and he was so skilled. I am now 26 years old and still see him regularly for my teeth cleanings. He is located right outside Harvard Square and has unlimited street parking for Cambridge permits and for meters. Alan and his wife are both excellent, friendly, and always listening to your concerns. I will never forget that he told me him and his wife still wear their own retainers to bed :-) I plan to do the same my whole life as long as I can have perfect, white teeth just like them! The office is clean and modern, however, the front desk staff was less than knowledgeable about health insurance. I was told my dental insurance was expired (which it wasn't)​ but was an obvious error on their part. Overall, the procedure was quick, easy, and painless. Dr. Kaveti is incredibly smart and skillful. She quickly ran x-rays, did a thorough cleaning, and filled my tooth in less than an hour!
