Six years ago we made the mistake of buying a Frigidaire stove. Last week that dreaded F11 code…read moreshowed up again. This is the control module breaking down. This is the second time this has occurred on this high dollar stove. We called AAA to have them fix it. They sent out a technician; and he concurred that the stove needed a new control. They put in an order for the unit. Just when it looked as if we would be without our stove for the weekend, our jovial repair man called us to say he would squeeze our job into a busy schedule; and come by that very day. So, on a Friday afternoon our stove was fixed. Our choice was to spend $300+ dollars on our old stove, or buy a new, very inferior stove for a lot more than that. So we chose to rely on AAA. The tech's friendly attitude and efficiency made us glad we called them. I won't recommend that anyone buy a Frigidaire stove; but I do recommend that you would call AAA when your stove breaks down.

The repair person was new and didn't order all the necessary parts requiring 3 visits and prolonging the agony of none working main refrigerator for 2 months. All this was for a high end newer refrigerator under warranty. Unfortunately this company was the only option to fix this model/brand. Avoid if you can.

After receiving a very unprofessional robocall that honestly sounded like a scam, I called in and spoke with a representative who assured me I would receive a call before the technician arrived. I explained that I would be leaving work to meet them, and they confirmed this would not be an issue. On the day of service, at 2:52 PM, I received another robocall stating the technician would arrive in five minutes -- not the customary 20-30 minute notice that reputable service companies provide. I immediately left work and called at 3:02 PM while driving home. The customer service representative told me she would contact the technician to let him know I was moments away. That call ended at 3:07 PM. Despite this, at 3:26 PM I received a call stating the technician had clocked out and would not be coming. From that point forward, I was given multiple conflicting and false explanations. First, I was told the technician had left my house at 3:12 PM, which is impossible -- I was home at that time. Then I was told he attempted to call me a second time from the driveway, which is also false. I have my phone records, and no such call exists. Had he actually called, I could have opened my garage remotely via my app. To make matters worse, this directly contradicts what I was told earlier -- that the technician was being contacted while I was seconds away from home. The lack of coordination, accountability, and honesty is alarming. This company wasted my time, disrupted my workday, and then attempted to deflect responsibility with inaccurate claims. If you value clear communication, professionalism, and basic respect for your time, do not use this service.

I hired JP Heating and Air Cond to Replace a 10yr old and Leaking Water Heater in Waupaca and…read more Jared gave me a good price for that and did a Great Job, AND he found that after the first run with the New Unit the Piping was Hooked Up Backwards!! The Intake and Supply were Reversed with the Main Intake at the Top and Supply at the Bottom! .He Told me then Repaired and Reversed that and Also that had probly Caused the Minerals and deposits in the Hot Water to be Pushed out when the Water was Connected Correctly it continued to Push All the loose Buildup in the hot Piping to the Faucets which Clogged the lines and Valves of the Hot Water somewhat which he Cleared and got to Flow Again Correctly!! Great Job! Also had to Replace the Kitchen faucet and RePipe the Clothes Washer to get Hot Water as that was goofy and not Plumbed Right. Very Thankful for that and tho it did take more time and effort it didnt cost that much more to fix those unexpected issues. Very Grateful for that!
