I had the Real Clean Air folks come to my house to clean the air duct and all…read more First of all they came 1 1/2 hour late to the house to do the service. They also did a sloppy job given my vents were not very dirty to begin with. The technicians put dirty hands all over the walls and did not clean all the vents in the house as they promised. They did not sanitize and disinfectant the area also as per the service. Did not put any sheets to pickup any dust on the carpet that would have fallen. Dust was all over the room when they were cleaning and did not care. I had to vacuum the area after they went. Wore shoes all over the house and I had to tell them to take it off given they were going in and out. They used a dry-vac to suck the returns instead of a industrial machine they were suppose to use. They are not professional as they claim to show on the service they provide. I would not recommend them at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

I have been a residential client of Landmark Landscape for a few years. My account manager, Ryan,…read morehas been very helpful and I have his cellphone number. In my first contact with Landmark, I had them rip out my ancient evergreens and do an updated planting in my front yard. That project went so well that I have had them help me with other special projects such as putting in a new border along my back fence, and repairing my lawn after the new driveway was installed. For the past two years, Landmark Landscape has done my snow removal. It is always done quickly and efficiently. I have a long driveway which is a challenge. On the contract, it gives options for snow depth, and I sign up for over four inches, thus saving money on snowfalls that I can handle myself. They also have a hotline for snow services in case I need additional help. I am an older single woman who is trying to maintain a house on a fixed income in a community that has high standards for home presentation. I love working with this company. They respect my budget; they are prompt, pleasant and efficient, and easy to reach; they work with my preference for light/no herbicides; and their plantings always looks great. They seem to sincerely enjoy working with lawns and plants, and the results reflect that. Jean M Kohler

We had no follow up unless we called to check on status. We're given excuses of subcontractors not replying to them on " iron work" which we then cut out to get project moving forward. Another 30+ days went by with no follow up. We finally cut ties a week ago. They were incapable of doing our specific landscape project obviously, but failed to inform us of there inability...instead wasting our time, or stay in contact with us unless it was us following up. Wasted an enormous amount of time with this company. What is sad is we had another project we wanted to give the landscape company that we established a relationship with, in the 40k range, but have hit a brick wall with this company. I would not recommend for any outdoor project.
