They gave me an estimate of $750 for a room and there was no furniture being moved mainly boxes. I gave a deposit to secure my move date. My employer made a mistake on payroll shorting my paycheck by 18 hours. I was told the issue will be resolved on my next check. I realized I couldn't afford to pay $750 for movers plus the move in costs. I gave them two weeks notice prior to my move date that I wanted to cancel their services. R & R Moving told me they would issue a refund. Two months later they never issued the refund. I tried calling them and they blocked me. Imagine doing business with these people and they have all your merchandise and you get blocked. I can care less about the $100 deposit because obviously they needed it more than me. But to have the audacity to block me speaks volumes who these people are and what they are capable of. Consider yourself warned. Run!

We utilized their services of the storage pods and would absolutely recommend it to anyone seeking a similar need and not wanting to drive it yourself. We packed up our belongings in a pod on Monday and it was delivered in our driveway on Friday. Only downside (which is minor) is you need to get your things to the terminal station first; there's not an option to have the pod delivered to your address. It worked for us since we had so little to move.

Instead of taking a chance on the weather and driving a U-Haul with a car carrier cross country, I had them deliver my items and I was able to comfortably drive my own car to WI. The freight trailer got here 3 days after I arrived, I was still getting caught up and adjusted so they were wonderful working with me on the unload time I initially had to get my items out. Not only were they cheaper than U-Haul and me doing the move myself but the customer service I received from the time of set up (in CA), throughout the move and all the way till the end (in WI) was extremely exceptional!
