In building my shop, he didn't follow instructions to plumb utility room room drain and floor drains to daylight, but instead routed into the septic. General contractor didn't catch it before cementing. At time, with little use it was ok. Now issues arise as the Iron out system flushes 4-600 gallons at a time into the septic which can overwhelm it with increased use at home. Also all the debris and sediment that is washed into the shop floor drains is causing clogging of the filter in the septic system. EXPENSIVE FIX. Would not use for unsupervised work, but for daily plumbing is good.
