After speaking with Tom (the owner) and signing the contract I asked if they would be able to complete a few additional jobs including putting aluminum cladding on front facia to my porch, removing an attic window replacing it with an attic vent and replacing the gutters and downspouts. Tom agreed that yes indeed they would be able to complete all the additional work. In addition to all that work his crew helped me in cutting down a couple of smaller trees and removed all of the debris as well as remove landscaping timber that I had removed from around a walkway. The service was fantastic and working with the crew was great. They really did go the extra step. Everything was cleaned up every night when they completed their work for the day so I had no worries about letting my dogs out into the yard. I would Highly recommend Mullens Siding & Roofing!

Branches were left on the roof and are still there today May 4, 2026.The initial excuse was it was too cold and the roof was icy. Ryan did send a crew back to clean up debris that was left on the ground. There were deep ruts left behind by his equipment. He claimed the ruts were on "turf" which the contract specifically stated he was not responsible for. The association between "turf" and "grass" does not exist on our property .We have neither. We live in a Pine plantation which happens to be covered in a Forrest canopy thus creating a "Forrest floor" not mow able vegetation. We do not own a lawn mower! He did offer to provide a quote for the repairs that had to be made to property. He says he will come to take another look at the problem, makes an appointment and then never shows up. As far as an actual Arborist on staff I did not find one.

Had Schroeder brothers install 6 double hung window in the upper part of my house. I had ice cycles…read morewhere the latches were, had them back twice for the calk cracking on the inside of the windows and for the caulking job on the out side of the windows and they still look terrible, I also have problems with them not wanting to close all the way at times. For the reasons listed above I decided to go with another contractor for the lower part of my house and so pleased I did. I went with K-Bee, I paid a thousand dollars less then I was quoted by Schroeder brothers and was also up graded to triple pane and both inside and out look much better then the job that was done by Schroeder brothers. I only wish I would have contacted K-Bee first. I am only posting this, to help people to not make the same mistake I made. when I get the chance I will post pictures of both jobs and you will see where I am coming from. All I can say is that from now on I plan to have K-Bee do my contracting and let me add, I am not benefiting in any way from this posting.

Paula was responsive and got me an estimate within my tight deadline. Her in-person overview told me what I needed to know within an hour--so respectful of my time, unlike another leading window manufacturer's rep who took four hours. I am utterly thrilled with Schroeder and Infinity by Marvin. The six-man installation crew really knew what they were doing--and they were prompt and courteous to boot. I knew I was in good hands. Why did I make the leap to replacing all my windows this summer? The existing ones were 50 years old, aluminum, and half of them were totally non-functional, some held open with wooden dowels. They were impossible to clean or fully lock so I could run my air conditioning without cooling the outside. So I did my homework, considered two other leading replacement window manufacturers, and Schroeder Brothers hit a grand slam. While aesthetics is certainly important to me, my prime focus is functionality, efficiency, comfort and cost. So glad I chose Schroeder Brothers--I truly couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend them. Don't even waste your time with other window manufacturers and installation contractors. Schroeder leads the way in my opinion.
