She responded to them and 2 people supposedly worked each for 6.25 hours and she was charged $530 dollars. I contacted them and during the conversation with them they acknowledged that they knew she had dementia. Branches were left on the roof and are still there today May 4, 2026.The initial excuse was it was too cold and the roof was icy. Ryan did send a crew back to clean up debris that was left on the ground. There were deep ruts left behind by his equipment. He claimed the ruts were on "turf" which the contract specifically stated he was not responsible for. The association between "turf" and "grass" does not exist on our property .We have neither. We live in a Pine plantation which happens to be covered in a Forrest canopy thus creating a "Forrest floor" not mow able vegetation. We do not own a lawn mower! He did offer to provide a quote for the repairs that had to be made to property. He says he will come to take another look at the problem, makes an appointment and then never shows up. As far as an actual Arborist on staff I did not find one.
