WOW this crew is amazing! They came a few weeks ago and gave us a free, reasonable estimate. We accepted and within 2 weeks they were setting up a date to do the work. They said they would arrive at 8 a.m., crew started arriving at 8:40 a.m. and they had the tower truck up and were trimming trees before 8 a.m.. They topped, trimmed and ran thru the chipper 3 - thirty ft. trees. At the same time up front some of the guys were cutting down the two full grown dead blue spruce trees and grinding them up. They started grinding the stumps included in our quote. Then they proceeded to cut down (with ropes) the 40 ft. dead Ash tree which was our largest concern. We can not believe how efficient these 5 guys were, stayed on tasked, smiles on their face for any questions I had. They were friendly and accommodating. They raked up all of the branches and wood chips and even used a leaf blower to get rid of the sawdust piles. This entire project was completed, loaded up and on the road before 3 p.m.! My father did this for many years and this is the first company that did the job as wonderfully and beautiful as he did! We will have them back again since we had a budget to stay in and we still have a lot more tree trimming, grooming and cutting to finish our landscaping around our new home. read more

Amazing work from a team of very skilled and hardworking men! We had significant tree loss and damage from the June 2022 storm that hit especially hard the northeast corner of Sheboygan. There was prompt communication and assessment. We spent the day watching this team work seamlessly moving from one tangled pile and tree to the next. It was evident that this team has worked together for a long time. Huge branches from tall trees fell precisely where planned never damaging property or landscaping. We would highly recommend JR's Tree Service, Sheboygan for tree removal. They removed 5 dead ash trees from our property, which were very near our home. The three young workers did an amazing job of maneuvering their equipment around our yard among the existing trees, shrubs and plants to remove the dead trees. We only had to remove three small plants for them, which we put back in their original spots when the work was completed. The crew cleaned up and shredded all the branches, removed all the large wood chunks, and even raked and blew away all the chainsaw wood chips from the flower beds, driveway, and road. Tobias and his crew removed a large Apple tree for us in early March. The crew took great care to make sure the rest of the landscape was not damaged from the equipment or any falling branches. I called Tobias on Thursday, he responded by phone that day. He stopped by to give me a quote (that day) and said that he could do the removal the next day, Friday (I sure hit that right). The price was fair and all cuttings were cleaned up quickly and completely, as promised. I will definitely be contacting JR's for any future tree trimming or removal needs. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. When removing a very large Ash tree not 1 branch touched our fence or storage shed, The tree was close to both structures. They were efficient and it was obvious they knew what to do and how to do it. My tree was down in less than 2 hours. They were very good with the clean up as well. JR's was very professional. Took down 3 fallen trees after a storm, some hedge bushes and two additonal trees that were dead. Fast working and cleaned up beautifully! Highly recommended!
