Someone answered on the first ring and said they'd be out same day. A few hours later, the technician showed up and within an hour so had all three outlets up and running, plus another one they installed. The technician was very friendly, worked quickly, and was happy to answer any questions that we had. I thought the total cost was very reasonable. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be calling Bill's for all of our future electrical work.

Very Happy with Fortress Floors. Fortress Floors quoted us in early March after we closed on our…read morehouse. The young lady who quoted was knowledgeable and did a good job asking questions. Price was reasonable when looking at alternatives. There was quite a long backlog, would be mid-July though we were on the waiting list for sooner if something opened up. Got the call Thurs., June 15th, they could come next day. Not a lot of notice--but we signed up for that should a last minute opening happen--moved evrything out of the garage that night. They showed up on-time at 7am Friday morning. Professional and had fun. Good communication from the team: told me what they'd do and when they expected to be done. They reviewed everything with me to make sure it sounded correct (color, areas to get the treatment) and made suggestions that were helpful where I had options. They worked hard and completed the large 3-car by mid-PM. They were meticulous and missed nothing. Looked great! We followed the instructions going even a little longer than 3 full days before we drove on it. The smell lingers for a while (days if not weeks), but eventually dissipates to zero. We are a month in and I'm very happy with the results. Looks great, really improved the garage where we park our cars, have a little shop and a home gym. Very happy with Fortress Floors! Note: I have worked with many contractors while renovating an entire building in Oshkosh. So I can say from experience, getting a contractor like this is rare and a very welcome surprise. Highly recommended!

All was found and fixed on the electrical side. But we had to replace the oven. KW came out and moved the junction box and set everything up for the installers per the new oven requirements. KW came within hours and solved the issue and finished the oven install. At each step of the way we were treated with utmost respect, consideration, and kindness. None of it was an emergency, but we were fit into the schedule to get things done. All went above and beyond to get us situated, safe, and up and running.
