When you hire…read morethem, you get the owner Pete (Master Electrician) and depending on where he is at with your project he may have his helper along. His work is of the highest quality, he is in contact with your builder the entire time, and you can call him and speak with him at any time. All of the work is done on time, he is never one to hold up your project. I hired Zarda Electric the first time to completely change out an old knob and tube service for me when I bought my first home. When I was ready to build my next home he recommended Kuhlow Builders to me and he was the electrician for that home build. Ryan at Kuhlow Builders was EXCELLENT too! Then this past year when we were ready to build a lake house, I went back to Pete and asked if he was able to travel and be our electrician. He was willing and took care of everything, getting in contact with our builder and working out all of the details with him. I love that you work with the owner and his referrals are always excellent too.

We bought our house from my mother in law and she recommended Haak because they've been servicing…read morethis house for years. We had them out last year for a tune up with no issues, but this year when they came out they charged us an extra $50 for a "trip charge" after the service was done that no one told us about prior. I called and asked why I was getting this and they told me "every other heating company charges this now" but I called around and none of the other local companies do. The other issue I had was that they came out for the tune up on 12/15 and our payment didn't pull from our debit card until 2/2. When I called to ask why they didn't pull the payment for 6 weeks the guy blamed it on our debit card which is false. Someone there messed up and didn't run the payment right away. I would probably still use them if there had been any sort of apology for not telling us about the trip charge and waiting so long to run the payment but the guy I spoke to just kept trying to pass the blame and didn't offer any sort of apology. Terrible customer service and shady business practices.
