I had the Real Clean Air folks come to my house to clean the air duct and all…read more First of all they came 1 1/2 hour late to the house to do the service. They also did a sloppy job given my vents were not very dirty to begin with. The technicians put dirty hands all over the walls and did not clean all the vents in the house as they promised. They did not sanitize and disinfectant the area also as per the service. Did not put any sheets to pickup any dust on the carpet that would have fallen. Dust was all over the room when they were cleaning and did not care. I had to vacuum the area after they went. Wore shoes all over the house and I had to tell them to take it off given they were going in and out. They used a dry-vac to suck the returns instead of a industrial machine they were suppose to use. They are not professional as they claim to show on the service they provide. I would not recommend them at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
