After seeing the before and after photos of the ducts they obviously left them cleaner than I thought possible. The house is almost 60 years old and the ducts had never been cleaned. It was so worth it! I had problems receiving the photos, but the office manager and even the owner worked to get them to me. As a general contractor with over 20 years in business, I was not impressed with their work. They ripped out whatever was in their way and left a mess that had to be fixed/covered up. In one instance, they only needed a couple inches and they could have installed the duct behind a closet wall/bi-fold door but instead they busted up the trim and tore out framing to do their install directly in the way of the door. I understand that the owner who was selling the house probably didn't care - they likely just wanted the "cheapest" thing done to get the sale, but it showed a distinct lack of foresight AND a lack of respect for the new owners (my sister, brother-in-law and their kids). It really isn't THAT much more difficult to CARE about one's work! Based on that, I cannot recommend them.

The owner, Travis, came to my house at 7am Monday, to check the furnace which could not be fixed, it would have to be replaced and brought me 2 space heaters - to keep the house warm until his crew could replace it, Monday schedule was already full but would have it fixed on Tues. 7:15 am Tuesday, two great employees arrived ready to work. Explained what they would be doing, so there would be no surprises. 2hr and 30 minutes later I had to a new furnace. They removed the old parts and left the work area cleaner than it was when they arrived. New thermostat was installed, that was easier to program. The young men were kind and treated me with respect.
