We started a project with them in may of 2022. There follow up was horrible, we were then asked to…read moregive a payment for plans to be drawn up. We paid. Fast forward to august 2022. We had no follow up unless we called to check on status. We're given excuses of subcontractors not replying to them on " iron work" which we then cut out to get project moving forward. Another 30+ days went by with no follow up. We finally cut ties a week ago. They were incapable of doing our specific landscape project obviously, but failed to inform us of there inability...instead wasting our time, or stay in contact with us unless it was us following up. Wasted an enormous amount of time with this company. What is sad is we had another project we wanted to give the landscape company that we established a relationship with, in the 40k range, but have hit a brick wall with this company. I would not recommend for any outdoor project.

They were on time and came prepared with samples and gave us a quote on the spot. I was so impressed with Lindsey and her team we called them back the next day and gave them the job. After a few weeks I was doubting my color choice, called Fortress up and they came back (on time again), all way from Sheboygan so that I could relook at the color samples. Yep, I changed my mind and they happily put in a change order. On the day they were scheduled to come, once again they showed up on time!!!! The two men came and did a perfect job.
