The other businesses called back and either put me on a "wait-list" or never called back! Oostburg promised an estimate by a particular date - they delivered. Steve the sales guy was very knowledgeable and helpful about product options. We settled upon a gutter style, color and gutter cap system and an intall date was scheduled in December. Again, they delivered as promised. However, due to my own oversight, I failed to communicate specifics as to how I wanted a particular downspout installed. No Problem! Steve dispatched the crew back to install the downspout per my liking - at No Charge! Can't say enough positive about this company!! In this day-in-age of gutter/window/siding swindlers and hustlers, it was a pleasure doing business with this family owned and operated company. I gladly wrote Oostburg Seamless Gutters a check. Good value! Excellent quality! Great service! Daniel G. Bayside, WI April 2023

After speaking with Tom (the owner) and signing the contract I asked if they would be able to complete a few additional jobs including putting aluminum cladding on front facia to my porch, removing an attic window replacing it with an attic vent and replacing the gutters and downspouts. Tom agreed that yes indeed they would be able to complete all the additional work. In addition to all that work his crew helped me in cutting down a couple of smaller trees and removed all of the debris as well as remove landscaping timber that I had removed from around a walkway. The service was fantastic and working with the crew was great. They really did go the extra step. Everything was cleaned up every night when they completed their work for the day so I had no worries about letting my dogs out into the yard. I would Highly recommend Mullens Siding & Roofing!

I contacted Brian from Home Healers Restoration and found out he is the owner of the company I…read morefound him very trustworthy and reputable based on other estimates I had received . I have a home in Menasha which had storm damage and Brian came out and explain to me what had to be done verse what could be done . This separated him from the other companies who were only concerned with getting as big of a project as they could when I had specifically shared where our finances were to do the repairs . With this being said it was an easy decision to go with Brian because he understood our position . I found his services to be of great value and I highly recommend him for anyone looking at home Remodeling projects . I am completely satisfied.

Then it went downhill from there, showed up late morning everyday. Was hiring people off of general help wanted ads on local Facebook discussion pages local to my community, random construction people in and out of my home from Facebook and when they would discover Brian's incompetence would leave the job then he'd move on to the next, (not sure if anybody ever got paid?) Would give down payments to people from his hometown of Sheboygan and they would either take his money and never show or find out they were unlicensed to perform task hired for. Brian would leave a mess the days he was here. Brian would sit on phone all day with his accountant (girlfriend) and she would chat Gpt the work for the day and listen to his conversations all day with us the home owners. Totally wrecked everything he touched. The company that hired Brian would not relieve him of his duties, I'm assuming for financial reasons? At the end my wife and I were accused by the girlfriend of harassing Brian because of ADHD and Autism, in reality we were just pressing for Brian to complete this project and repair everything he damaged. We ended up settling financially with the company we hired just to get him out of our home. Brian was able to get the project with guidance from local contractors to about 75 percent completio. Project was estimated to take 2.5 weeks and after 8 weeks was never finished. We were mortified with the way this project went! It was a nightmare and I highly suggest to think twice before hiring Brian

Not only were they…read moreseverely clogged from years of neglect and pine needles, but we also had a persistent leak and overflow issue near our front entryway that seemed impossible to fix. From the moment I contacted them, the experience was 5-star. They were responsive, easy to schedule, and confirmed the appointment the day before. The technician arrived right on time and was incredibly courteous and professional. What sets Gutter Tuneup apart is the quality of the work and their willingness to go above and beyond. They didn't just scoop out debris; they performed a full system inspection. They found a crucial misalignment issue on the back of the house that was causing the major leak. Instead of just cleaning and leaving, they fixed the pitch and sealed the joint on the spot, solving a problem that multiple other companies missed or ignored. The gutters now flow perfectly, even during heavy rain. They also did the best cleanup I've ever seen--absolutely no mess, leaves, or debris were left on my lawn, deck, or driveway. They treated my property with respect. If you need basic cleaning or, like us, you need an expert to finally fix a recurring issue, stop searching and call Gutter Tuneup. They are worth every single penny. Highest recommendation possible!

Since my insurance denied my claim, I reached out to them 3-4 times to come back and simply give me a separate estimate for just repair of the channel where the roof was leaking. EVERY single time I couldn't talk to anyone from the actual business, it was always an answering service that i had to continually repeat the entire explanation of what I needed from them, what my address was, what my phone number is, etc.. this went on for several months! I even actually received a phone call back from one of their sales people following up on replacing my roof? He had no idea I had been leaving messages and said he would get back to me. Well, he never got back to me either. After about six months of trying to reach them, I received an email letting me know that they were too busy to be able to complete my job before winter. Not a phone call back. No one personally contacting me. These are not the kind of people I would want to do business with or spend my hard earned money on, do better TRC!!
