Unfortunately, without any notification to existing customers, the company was sold to ABC Heating. I had a maintenance appointment scheduled months ago for today between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. No one called or texted to let me know the technician was running late. When I called, I was met with an AI phone system. After repeatedly asking to speak with a real person, I finally reached someone, but she couldn't provide any information because dispatch wasn't responding to her either. As I write this, I'm still waiting for my technician to arrive. The excellent customer service was the main reason I chose this company and purchased a service contract. This experience has been extremely disappointing. At a minimum, current contract customers should have been notified that the company had been sold and reassured that service would continue without disruption. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend this company.

It was sure nice to not have to deal with an answering service. I felt bad for interrupting his family Thanksgiving dinner, but he was so great trying to talk me thru what to look for to trouble shoot. 48 hours later, his tech showed up and within 30 minutes had the problem fixed. The All American crew is top notch. I would buy anything shiny from him just because I trust him that much. I'm sure glad that I stopped to talk to him at the county fair a few years ago.

The owner, Travis, came to my house at 7am Monday, to check the furnace which could not be fixed, it would have to be replaced and brought me 2 space heaters - to keep the house warm until his crew could replace it, Monday schedule was already full but would have it fixed on Tues. 7:15 am Tuesday, two great employees arrived ready to work. Explained what they would be doing, so there would be no surprises. 2hr and 30 minutes later I had to a new furnace. They removed the old parts and left the work area cleaner than it was when they arrived. New thermostat was installed, that was easier to program. The young men were kind and treated me with respect. The first company ,which I won't mention because they aren't worth mentioning,but if you check reviews, you find out who by the pattern if telling us there is a lot wrong,but need to have a supervisor(actually should call him a high pressure salesman)come out and tell us we need a whole new system and all new ductwork ($16,000!!!),needless to say we wanted another opinion.We were in Home Depot for something else and saw the $8.88 offer for a tune up,so we figured why not,we did need a 2nd opinion.It turned out to be an outstanding experience with Kettle Moraine and technician Damyon(who it turned out went to school with my son tears ago) who was excellent. He wasn't trying to sell us something and found the main issues which will need attention in the near future, but were ok for now.He was able to just with the tune up to get it to work properly and went above and beyond with a few tricks to get it working correctly. He did let us know what really needed attention in the short run to make it work in the long run and many of the things the 1st company said needed attention, actually didn't.Love to warn you about the 1st company, but will let it go for now.Will definitely reach back out to them after the holidays to fix necessary issues. Kettle Moraine will be who we will be calling and Damyon is who we will ask for.Cannot recommend Kettle Moraine more,they have great people!
