I called them on Friday because I was going out of town and needed a shower mixing valve replaced…read morefor my basement shower. I was gone for military duty and didn't know when I'd be able to return to fix it, so I called them and asked them to come out to replace it. They said they could be at my house Monday to fix it, I had already purchased a new valve and all they had to do was cut out the old one, glue up some cpvc lines and would be simple enough. They would also have to attach a copper line to one of them as well. It was an inside wall and there was an access panel to get to it and shutoff valves so accessibility was not an issue. Well, I was shocked when my wife told me the bill was $767.25 and the plumber had charged us 5 1/4 hours worth of work for a simple job that should have been 1 hr, maybe 2 max. I felt like they had taken advantage of my wife. I have used them before in the past and they do nice work, but considering how much they charged me I'll use another plumber. Make sure you get a quote and shop around first.
