I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and would absolutely recommend him to anyone in San Diego County.

His bank kept rejecting my payments and I ended up having to pay his wife's zelle account (??)  Long version: Romo took almost 2 months to complete my project of replacing the subpanel, adding a 20 amp circuit, and repairing any damaged drywall. He and his team cancelled/ no showed on my tenant more than 5 times and was super unresponsive when scheduling. My tenant had to live in a home with holes in the walls for almost a full month before it was finally repaired. The business operates very shadily. I have asked for a receipt for my payment numerous times, and he still has not provided one. I had to pay him in 3 separate transactions via zelle because his bank kept rejecting my payments. I'm not sure how this business has a 4.8 rating on Yelp, but will not be trusting those reviews from now on.

I would highly recommend Premo for their fast service, good pricing, and competent technicians. So happy to have used them!!!

We had two security cameras (with motion sensors) that needed to be hard wired from a non outlet location. Others quoted me $150-300+ more than David did. I was skeptical of his estimate as others kept telling me there's no way any one could do the job for under a certain amount. David showed up RIGHT ON TIME. I showed him the areas and he went right to work. No fuss, no complaints. I didn't feel the need to check on his work as I trusted he would notify me of any issues (which he did once when he showed me an area he had to cut differently due to wall studs). The cameras were installed cleanly and looks professional! I was even more impressed that he thoroughly cleaned up each area (with a vacuum i think too) when he was finished. I had asked for a landscape lighting repair quote and he diagnosed it pretty much for free (I'm hiring him to come back to replace quite a few broken lights). We hired him to come back to install recessed lighting and a ceiling fan in a ceiling that had no outlets/wires. His prices are really so reasonable. He also worked on our landscape lights that had not worked in so many years. The entire job took almost all day and he worked tirelessly. He did leave for a lunch break but came back. I am in love with the recessed lighting and kicking myself for not having it done sooner. The room is brighter and feels so much more alive. The night/mood feature of lights is sooo cool with the almost sunset orange. I am so thankful to have found this company and owner. It was a breath of fresh air to meet someone this honest and humble with his quotes and work. 100% recommend reaching out to him to speak to him about any electrical issues!

When they got started, they noticed a critical safety issue: the main line installed by the previous homeowner was not up to code, and it was a safety hazard. They gave me an updated quote, which I accepted, to replace the main line as part of the job. The work was done in a couple of hours, and SDG&E replaced my meter the same day. Not surprised to see 5 stars! Here's a review to add to that…read more In short I have a disaster of a house I bought 3 years ago that was a flip ( if u know u know). Needed tons of electrical. They replaced the main panel, fixed in wall wiring issues for old wires and breakers that would short out bc it was too much on one circuit (for example the hair dryer being used in a bathroom would short out the breaker if someone used the microwave....sigh). They installed outdoor electrical to both a hot tub and a free standing island kitchen bar. Both of these projects were logistically difficult due to my recessed yard down a flight a stairs and my breaker box panel at the other end of the house and upstairs. Electrical work is not cheap but I see why. Theses guys were fairly priced. Not the cheapest but not the highest prices. Communicated well both prior to appointments and during the work to ensure I understood what needed to be done. I hope I dont need more electrical work but if I do, will use them again..
