Landlord hired him, I left him in my apartment without supervision, came home to damaged surfboards and signs of them being moved but he denies moving them at all. They're all stored in an upright rack and shouldn't have any damage on them unless bumped into or taken out without care. He fixed our electrical issue but the care for our items wasn't there and now I'm stuck with footing repairs/replacement bills on more expensive items than a faulty outlet. read more

We just purchased an older condo and needed electrical work done. Pat was recommended to us by an experienced maintenance man who was coming to do general work and house painting for us. We also wanted four ceiling fans installed where there weren't any before. He started by fixing the little things, built trust and demonstrated expertise, and then I used him for more work. I'm new to San Diego, have a mid-century modern house (realtor speak for 1955 with old wiring) and blew a breaker on a Saturday night. Pat showed up on Sunday with 1955 vintage breaker in hand and fixed me right up. There weren't your basic Home Depot breakers and I wasn't going to fix this on my own.
