For me, a clear indication of her supreme professionalism is the fact that I know little to nothing about her personal life and her own personal struggles in life. I feel I am in the presence of a humble master when I work with Kirstin and I feel safe working with her. Our work together gets to the core issue and the shifts are nothing less than profound. I am grateful for her expertise and heart-centered offerings. If she's a good fit for you, I highly recommend her!

don't let my rating fool you into thinking this is a bad place. I've been seen there for around 4…read moremonths at the time of this writing and this was in regards to medication management. my service provider has been very helpful, extremely knowledgeable as well as clear and concise in our dealings. why the low rating? it's all in regards to billing and payment. during the initial paperwork for intake I read the whole thing through and found that it stated they'd be keeping a credit/debit card on file and would bill services immediately, without any contact or providing a receipt. I get that no one wants to be left swinging in the breeze without payment but, this has bothered me every time it's come up. I've elected to pay cash with this business and they don't seem to have an immediate problem with that but, here it comes.... when they call to say your bill come to "insert amount here" and can we please have a card number to get it taken care of. I decline and say I'll bring cash over. then I get asked, "will that be today or at your next appointment?" and followed up with I'll add a note to your account. also, my insurance tends to take a few weeks to get the bill through the system and let the provider know what they can charge. this place has collected from me before that process has been completed. all of this just seems odd to me. if it weren't for the incredible interactions with my service provider I'd be going elsewhere because of the billing.

I had been looking for an EMDR therapist for some time and finally came across this company. When I…read morewas making my appointment I was told that if I wanted a female therapist I would have to wait much longer to see one. I honestly couldn't wait as I was dealing with the loss of my son and needed help badly, I just needed someone who could help me. Here we are over six months into my therapy and so much has changed. When I originally came in I had a list of things that I felt I needed addressed, and then we finished the first target of therapy. Something happened that I wasn't expecting. So many layers of my onion brain were slowly being peeled back and unfolding. I could not have made it this far without the help of my therapist James Truesdell. He has a soft, patient tone that is so comforting and easy during your healing process. He made me feel safe every time and was always concerned about my overall well being. I would see him time and time again, highly recommend.

If you are using Northwest Resources, I recommend you immediately stop and find another place to…read morehelp you. I have received many, many emails about this place looking for Mental Health Practitioners where they pay these Master Degree holders less than a living wage. If this is how they treat their own staff, to pay as little as possible, what kind of treatment can you expect? Other's have highlighted the unprofessional attitude of the staff here, but if you knew just how little they were paid and overworked, you might just be a jerk to your patients too. This is a disgusting place that needs to be shut down immediately. This place does more harm than good to the community. If you work here, just go on strike. Be the change the world needs. If you're a C-suite level person here, go ahead and find another job.
