They just match what's on PAPER & not the PERSON that you are. I met with Sabrina early 2016 & I was overwhelmed with her energy & glowing spirit which was also reflective of the entire office! This was back when they were in the city. That is HOW LONG I've been working with Sabrina. We've always kept in contact which was everything. I told her I am not happy at my current workplace at the time & that I am NOT in a rush to get another job. I respectfully wanted to find the best match possible. Its all in the details. We were speaking one time and she asked me about my daughter. It meant everything because again, other recruiters DON'T CARE about your person although it makes & affects who you are! I was shocked she actually cared enough to reach out & check in on something that really mattered to me. She was so consistent and communicative. I never had to worry. We text just bc its easier & it is 2017! Hello She always kept me in the loop! Didn't miss a beat. I finally quit my job in July 2016 with nowhere to go. As a human being I just couldn't take it anymore. I kept Sabrina in the loop & she submitted me for opportunities & I had a couple interviews but not quite the best match yet. On Jan. 2017 I started a new job I thought would be great but I learned 2-3 months in was terrible! I reached out to Sabrina explaining how further unhappy I was. (Im a great hard working person I promise! ;) Was simply seeking a fun, healthy working environment respectfully. She presented me with a few opportunities & collaboratively Sabrina & Shannon placed me with an opportunity I at first did not think too much of. This opportunity was EXACTLY what I was looking for & more. I would love to say it found me. This is a testament of how 'things happen when you least expect it'. They really blew me away when I honestly shared with them my concerns during negotiation. I told them my hesitations and they reassured me not to hesitate. A…read morerecruiter from the SJ office reached out to me via LinkedIn with a really good opportunity awhile ago. Even though I didn't get the job, they kept me in the system. Fast forward to a few months later, I receive a call from the WC office. The opportunity was an excellent fit. In fact, I did a Facetime interview first to save me a trip to the office and to expedite the in-person, then I had an in person at the client's office. A few hours later, I hear back that I ended up getting hired for the contract position. Even though it's a short term contract - it's a great opportunity that I'm sure will open many more doors for me in the future. I am really liking the position so far. Not only have several recruiters from this agency have kept in contact, they have monthly check in's. TekSystems goes above and beyond for their employees. I would recommend them to anyone looking into get into the tech field but don't have a way "in."
