I just asked that they assist in getting it professionally repaired. They were very nice in how they communicated, but made it clear they would not offer anything to help. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase furniture from here. The styles are great, and the employees are nice, but I don't feel you can trust the quality or the company to stand behind their products.
