I bought an Elle top there for a mere $17 and saw lots of tops/sweaters in the $15-30 range. There were also a pair of ADORABLE 7s, but unfortunately, I couldn't justify the price- they were still $130 despite the "outlet" price. They also have a good selection of cute jewelry and purses, along with men's clothing. Their clothing is largely on the more trendy side- probably bordering on my fine line of what I find as being my style. (Me = slightly nerdy young professional type who likes to look cute, be comfortable, and somewhat stylish... at least sometimes.) The only problem was that one of the girls there was a tad pushy- I don't think she quite had an understanding of my style by the types of things I was picking out and she kept bringing by things telling me that "oh, this was super cute" and "these sold out so fast" and it got a little tiring. I didn't really want to try on the things she brought by, but I felt bad because she was so enthusiastic about it. I made a quick escape partially because my poor husband was waiting for me and because I was hoping to come back another time when I could try again to shop in relative peace and anonymity.

I bought one in every color!! I'll wear these until they wear out. Got to meet Lori, the owner. Her partner and her employees are fabulous!! THANK YOU UB!!! The prices are VERY reasonable. I find Utahan's horribly cheap, so if anyone complains about the prices here, they are way off. I found the store for for the young set with lots of great trendy items, but found some great classic pieces with their help. The employees were NOT pushy, just VERY helpful, and enthusiastic -- just how I'd want my employees. They were great. they made every effort to get my colors and sizes from another store to meet my busy schedule, and they will even ship to you. When so many businesses are struggling, I can see this one growing, as will only the best stores. I'll make it a point to stop there on my Park City trips, I'm way up in Brigham City. I am so glad I got to meet the owner, Lori, a previous buyer for Nordstorm's in OC Calif. It's great to find the CA styles, and fabulous pieces. I've been so dissapointed in Utah stores generally, and over priced boutiques. These gals know their stuff.

After giving me the opportunity to…read moreexplain my needs, Alex helped with finding a suit, shoes and accessories, all while giving me time to mull over each option without being hasty. May have been a bit too agreeable for me, but probably not dishonest. And he did allow me to see everything available in my size. It was nice that after purchasing the suit, various discounts were applied to the shoes and all the other pieces I bought, but I think everyone knows how those pricing gimmicks work; do prepare yourself for the amount when everything is rung up. With my circumstances and limited time frame, the service worked great for me. And they can tailor the pants pretty quickly, probably within 10 to 20 minutes.

He was so kind the entire interaction and I was so impressed with his customer service. Not to mention, this store does not just have boots. They have a TON of cute women's (and men's) clothing and I will definitely be going back to pick up my next concert outfit. The boots I got have been amazing. Although they are a bit more expensive, to me the quality and comfort is worth it. Overall, love this store and will be back.

So much stuff - Apparel, jewelry, blankets and other home decor, toys, treats, and about a bajillion other things for fan favorites such as Star Wars, Bob's Burgers, Harry Potter plus tons of Disney stuff, and TOTORO! There are more obscure pop culture icons represented as well, but the majority are easily recognizable. Prices are average, and I can't say much about service since I didn't buy anything, but there were two employees working, one who was busy, and another who just stood at the cash register and eyed customers. I caught her eye, she looked at me for a moment, but didn't say a word. Still, I think this poor customer service is just how retail is, and I need to stop being surprised by it. They didn't have what I was looking for, and I'm not super into the majority of this stuff, so I don't know how often I'll return for myself, but it would be a fantastic place to shop for a gift.

I purchased a pair of shoes that unfortunately did not fit. Before buying this pair, I had purchased a smaller size when it was not marked as Final Sale. I returned that pair and purchased a half size larger, expecting it to fit better. However, the larger size was not only longer but also much wider, making the shoes look oversized and uncomfortable on my feet. I explained the situation to the store manager, Annabelle, hoping she would make an exception given the circumstances. I wasn't trying to break the Final Sale policy--I genuinely expected the larger size to fit because I had already exchanged from the smaller size. Unfortunately, she completely ignored my explanation, showed no empathy, and made no effort to help. She didn't even smile or try to have a respectful conversation. I was left feeling like she simply wanted me to leave the store. I shop at this Anthropologie location and online almost every week, and this experience was completely different from what I've always received in the past. The previous managers and associates were always friendly, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. This was the first time I've ever felt so disappointed. Policies are important, but great managers also know when to listen to loyal customers and handle situations with kindness and professionalism. Sadly, that was not my experience today. If you're purchasing Final Sale items, especially shoes, be very careful. Even if you are simply exchanging for what you believe will be the correct size, you may not receive any flexibility if the fit is completely different.
