She was kind and patient and exactly what I needed in my shopping experience I feel very cared for. I actually had a personal injury from a car accident and I wasn't even able to put on my clothes because my shoulders broken, but the associate was so accommodating to adjust everything and make it feel comfortable because my bras were not put on right because I didn't have two hands. I left one hand and she helped me with that and I felt very cared for I love the clothes I got. I think they're red. Later when we went to the dressing room, while I was waiting for my boyfriend to try out his clothes, she went to the dressing room area and just walked away. Even when we went to the back of the store and there was another cashier, we never got any acknowledgment of our presence. Only after we purchased an item did people talk to us. Quite odd considering we were the only patrons.

What I like about the place is that they are located in the beautiful Alamo Quarry and they have some really nice sales associates, more so than the one that we went to in Dallas just a few days later. We didn't buy anything from either store, but we like to go in a lot of different stories so we get a good idea of what we want.

If you're looking for something that no one else will have--bright colors, expensive fabrics, this is the place for you! Both ladies were so friendly and welcoming. I actually ended up walking out with a dress and shoes to match! The hardest part as leaving with only one outfit. The only downside is the prices. I have been a frequent shopper at this location for several years. I stopped in yesterday, during…read morea rain shower, to look for a robe. I have a photo shoot today and needed one. The two ladies working were so rude. They pretty much implied I was going to wreck my car due to being out during the rain. They went on and on about how stupid I was to be out in the weather, all the while keeping their heads down and resting at the check outs counter. No attempt to help. At the end the older lady said that she didn't mean to be rude--so even she recognized she went too far. I was at the store for 5 minutes tops and they didn't stop berating me! 6/15/25 at closing, should anyone want to pull footage. Usually I receive so much warmth and help at this location. The girls help me find what I need and are so happy and cheerful. I wouldn't let my one bad experience ruin your shopping!

There was another guy that helped him with jeans ( glasses green shirt) and brought my kid some options and diff styles. So I'm actually really impressed with this location bc Ingrams workers are def not like this. Literally every worker there was helping someone and again all so friendly as well as the two girl cashiers.
